L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Les chambres sont en fait toutes suites avec réfrigérateur, toaster, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, tous les plats, savon pour plats et lave-vaisselle, etc. Alors propre, il semblait que nous aurions pu être les premiers à rester dans cette pièce! La chambre de petit déjeuner est superbe, avait tout ce que vous pouviez vouloir pour le petit déjeuner. Même un muffin de bleu de gluten gratuit qui était délicieux. J'ai utilisé la piscine, la seule en elle à l'époque, et encore une fois, une belle zone. Nous n'avons pas été à l'extérieur, mais il semble qu'il y ait une très belle zone avec un patio, des tables, etc. Le train de Bronte Go est à 3 minutes. Alors pratique. Nous avons pris le train de Go pour un jeu de hockey à Toronto, de sorte que cet hôtel est une position parfaite, juste au côté de la 403. Le personnel était si aimable.

Le petit déjeuner est très confortable, le petit déjeuner est très confortable et le petit déjeuner est très confortable. Le restaurant est très bien placé pour le manque de personnel dans l'hôtel, et il y avait beaucoup de travailleurs qui ne connaissaient pas la nouvelle politique de l'IHG, donc j'ai dû l'expliquer trois fois. Après avoir mis en évidence le problème, je peux certainement sentir le service amélioré à partir du prochain jour, donc je pense que je vais recourir à cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights over the Easter weekend. Compared to the Staybridge in St Jacobs we stayed at in February, we found it very disappointing. Front desk staff is not very knowledgeable. We were staying two nights, splitting with our daughter in law, and wanted two receipts to use for the Staycation tax credit in Ontario. The desk clerk had no idea what we were talking about, even though it is front and centre on the website. Eventually we figured it out, but then she charged us two different rates...a $50 difference. So confusing. My daughter in law needs to follow up with her CC company. I found the cleanliness of the hotel lacking. Hallways had not been vacuumed in a while. I realize the rooms are pet friendly but having said that, more care needs to go into cleaning. My grandsons were playing on the floor and got covered in dog hair. Daughter in law had her allergies act up, certainly for the same reason , Better vacuuming of the room is needed. Paying more attention to cobwebs helps too. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room needs some updating. Maintenance had to fix one of our bar chairs as the seat was coming right off. Ice maker in fridge did not work. The couch and chairs had seen better days. There was no bathmat for the shower, which to me is a safety issue. My grandson slipped and I was quite nervous in the slippery tub. Minimal towels in the rooms. One towel each. And I had to put one of the hand towels in the tub to act as a bath mat. No liquid dish soap, so we had to run the dishwasher for a few coffee cups. The pool was passable but a bit murky. Lots of hair in the water which makes me question the cleaning/vacuuming schedule. Water was cooler than I expected as was the ambient temperature in the room. No towels in the pool enclosure. The front desk will get them, but she gives you tiny hand towels only. No receptacle to put the used towels in at poolside. Breakfast was good but for busy weekend mornings, more tables would be appreciated. There are many options for the Staybridge resorts in Ontario so we will utilize those first when doing a weekend away.

L'hôtel est décent pour l'argent. - Location: 5 minutes d'une gare qui est 2 arrêts au centre de Toronto - Chambre: Chambre grande, raisonnablement moderne - VALEUR pour Money: RÉAUTORITÉ raisonnablement prix par rapport aux hôtels au centre de Toronto, La chambre était très belle, mais la fenêtre était intérieure dans l'atrium central, qui était un peu bizarre.

Sur la route des chutes du Niagara à l'aéroport de Toronto, si le vol du soir arrive à Toronto, le lendemain pour aller à la cascade, rester ici la nuit est un bon choix, et le prix est bien moins cher qu'au centre-ville de Toronto. La chambre d'hôtel est spacieuse, le petit déjeuner n'est pas mal, le muffin peut être fraîchement cuit en DIY puis nappé de sirop d'érable. Il y a une petite piscine intérieure au premier étage.

For under $100, my stay included freshly made breakfast and fast internet. I also liked: (1) Heater/AC unit works very fast, and super quiet whether it's low or high fan level: noise level feels like about 30-40dB. (2) There were many bright lamps (800 lumens), 4 USB outlets (2 at bedside, 2 on the desk lamp), 3 wall outlets near the shoe tray, a height-adjustable chair and plenty of desk space for work. (3) Coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer and shower hot water work very fast and quietly (4) Mattress is firm and duvet is light and warm. (5) Blinds and curtains are easy to use and keep lights out (no gaps) at bedtime. (6) Bathtub and hallways are clean and well lit. (7) Breakfast served well by staff. (8) Front hall hot water and coffee machines (regular and decaf) are well stocked. (9) Early check-in and late check-out available. (10) Location is easy to find and parking was easy and close to by. (11) Check-in and check-out process was safe and fast. (12) Front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff are all welcoming. Some items on my wish list: (1) The fridge is too small -- can't put in a 1L bottle water or medium pizza box. (2) The pillows are too soft. Memory foam ones would support my neck better. (3) The lamps use cool daylight colour light bulbs which are really hard on my eyes when I work. I'm used to bright and warm white light bulbs. (4) There is no elevator -- I didn't have luggage carts but my computers + briefcase were heavy.

Je voudrais prendre le temps de vous dire ce que j'ai reçu en séjour à l'hôtel Monte Carlo Inn situé à Oakville, Ontario Canada. Le conseil que je suis resté sur le site d'Oakville depuis le mois dernier et depuis le jour 1 j'ai été traité avec respect et avec la plus grande courtoisie de M. Brendan Jayawardene et de son équipe incroyable. Mais je voudrais souligner quelques membres comme ils ont été au-dessus et au-delà. Sanjeev, parce que c'est covid, il n'y a pas d'accès à un ordinateur partagé pour les questies. Sanjeev a imprimé et scanné des documents très importants à mon email personnel de nombreuses fois que je suis très reconnaissante. Nya, juste un visage très élégant et amieux derrière le bureau de front. Si vous avez une mauvaise journée et que vous arrivez à voir Nya, elle vous tournera le dos vers le bas. Dans 15 minutes, j'avais Albert dans la chambre qui remplaçait la télévision et j'ai pensé que PIZZA PIZZA avait un grand slogan ”30 minutes ou gratuit” Kathy, Lynn, Robin, Lulu et Nadine le gardien de la maison. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.
