Many Toys, Games, Puzzles & a Bunk Bed perfect for children. Unit is No Smoking of Any Kind. Also No Pets, large groups (8 max.) or senior week rentals permitted. Book Today! The Space: The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress. There is also a pull-out mattress within the Living-Room sofa and a single private daybed in the enclosed sunroom. The Living Room and Each Bedroom has a TV with Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen with some new appliances, microwave, a basic Coffee Maker & Coffee Supplies, etc. Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit. Beach towels are not provided. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs. Guest Access: You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large seasonal (Mid-May - End of September) community swimming pool and sunbathing area in this complex. Also, the Condo is Oceanfront and only a few steps away from the Beach!! Other Things to Note: Condo is on the 19th floor with elevator access.
