Parking Details: - 3 parking spaces available in the driveway. - 1 additional parking spot in the back of the home’s yard (this is a locked/secure area - perfect for those bringing vehicles to high-end local car shows). Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
