The facility was nice. The MicroSoft update glitch hit all of the hotel’s computers but one. They were unable to issue swipe cards to access the rooms so the desk clerk had to escort us to our room. We didn’t get the swipe cards until the second day. They seemed to be understaffed at least for the first night. The breakfast was not properly organized because the person did not show (found out later that they had a family emergency). The person trying to fill their shoes didn’t know where things were stored and apparently didn’t have keys to open the juice machine. They ran out of coffee cups and had to go to unused rooms to get more cups and eventually had to go to a store to buy some more coffee and juice cups. When we returned in the afternoon, asked if there were swipe keys yet and asked if they were going to have breakfast the following morning and the woman at the desk said yes and that they had breakfast ready at 7:30am. That’s not our experience because we decided to go to McDonalds at 7:30 to 7:45. Defensive rather than apologetic.
