Fast room checkin

New, clean, modern hotel. I booked a terrace suite and it was really good. Didn't get to enjoy the terrace because it was quite cold, but the room faced the inside courtyard and it was nice and quiet. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. I also enjoyed a quick stop at the bar - great atmosphere and service. Nice people in the reception too and it was great that they handled all the payments upfront, so the checkout was super easy.

I stayed at this hotel at the last week of September 2021 for a couple of days and booked through the hotel itself because I had a few questions regarding the stay. The staff of the reservations department were really friendly and helpful. In particular Dmitriy who helped me with my reservation. I booked a superior room including breakfast and including airport-shuttle. Breakfast rate was around 11,50 euro and the airport shuttle was around 20 euro per one-way. Both felt a bit expensive, but I didn’t want to made the effort to arrange the taxi myself. The trip from the airport to the hotel took around 30-40 minutes and this amount of time is dependable on traffic. Odessa is notorious for it’s traffic-jams so don’t be surprised if it is taking you longer to your destination. At check-in the reception ladies were really kind, nice and could speak good English. I was even pleasantly surprised that I got my late check-out which I asked for. During my stay the service of these ladies was excellent. They arrange a couple of times a taxi for me and even a bouquet of flowers. The (superior) room itself was nice. (Room number 507) With a clean bathroom, clean bed and like described on the website. The only problem I had was that around the evenings I could hear my above neighbour making noises by walking/running on the floor. I didn’t report it to the hotel, because eventually the noise stopped. Housekeeping staff was friendly, quick and good speak sufficient English to make myself understood in English to them. The service of laundry was good and very quick. Prices were average like any other 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, just I had the feeling that the choice of buffet items was limited. Just a few options for bread, but enough hot dishes (e.g. eggs and sausages). Also the staff attention to the guests was limited. On all occasions I had to asked for a coffee and/or a tea myself instead of someone came to me and asked me what I would like to drink. These options where also not available for self-service on the buffet. I didn’t had lunch in the restaurant, but I did had dinner. The service for the dinner was much better than the breakfast service. The gentlemen servicing me was kind, honest and his level of English was perfect. In the end I ordered a giant piece of steak which he honestly told me that it was huge. I can definitely recommend the steak (see picture). All by all I had a good stay, from start to the end with maybe some little aspects to improve. I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a premium location in the city centre close to all great sightseeing places and if you don’t want to make effort in arranging all services like airport-shuttle etc.

Amazing design but the breakfast service is just low, very low. All of the information is in russian, the staff doesn’t switch to Ukrainian but the owners and management seem bot to give a damn to the reviews either here or at any other booking platform:) All drawbacks are the same with every review- nothing is done :)

Сам отель понравился. Очень чисто. Просторный номер. Удобная кровать. Прекрасный персонал ресепшн. Пару раз обедали в ресторане отеля, вкусно. Но в день выезда впечатление было подкорректировано персоналом ресторана. Перед вылетом решила выпить кофе и съесть салат. В течение 30! минут ко мне не подошёл ни один официант. В конечном счёте я ушла пить кофе в другое место.

Неожиданно классный отель в центре Одессы за приятные деньги. Прям очень понравилось. Создавал его прекрасный дизайнер. И, что бывает очень редко, эти дизайнерские решения здесь были удобны для гостей отеля. Достойных 5 звезд. Очень просторно, отдельная гостиная зона, прекрасная мебель. И самое главное - было идеально тихо ночью. Хотя, мы были в вечер понедельника, во дворике в ресторане никто не тусил. Наверное летом в выходные тут громко. Завтраки не брали, шведского стола не было в этот день. А, и безопасный паркинг до дворе соседнего дома, это важно. Очень достойный вариант! Респек

Ужасное отношение к гостям. В 4 утра тебя будит турецкая музыка, на следующий день в отеле проводится свадьба с дискотекой до ночи и все гости, включая маленьких детей, которые хотят спать, должны становиться участниками торжества и наслаждаться громкой музыкой. Впервые встречаю такое отношение в отеле. Категорически не рекомендую.
