L'hôtel est juste en dessous des montagnes enneigées, et vous pouvez voir les montagnes enneigées lorsque vous sortez. L'environnement est bon. L'entrée de l'hôtel est l'entrée de randonnée du parc national. Il est très pratique de réserver une navette jusqu'à l'hôtel pour aller skier dans la station de ski. La pièce est très chaude en hiver. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur, une bouilloire, une tasse à café, une cuisine commune et un restaurant où vous pouvez réserver le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude en fin de réunion, donc je ne peux pas prendre de douche.

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable soft beds and a walking distance to different types of food places and cafes. It would really recommend Rice Bar & Food for dinner and their drinks.

We decided to break our train journey from Wellington to Aukland and took a chance on this Chateau. We were so glad that we did. We stayed for two nights, in ”The House”, not a hotel room. This is a three-bedroom house with a good kitchen and bathroom, comfortable lounge room and nice outdoor terrace. It also has a wood fired heater, for which they provide plenty of wood. Then there's the dining room! We weren't disappointed there either. We ate there both nights and had delicious food. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, including taking us into town to the supermarket. Otherwise, it was a looong walk. A special shout out to Scarlett who was a great help following the unexpected cancellation of our next accommodation in Aukland.

I booked accommodation at the Ohakune Court Motel for the 12th August for 1 night through Agoda. The booking was Non refundable which I have never had a problem with when I have booked through *********** in the past. My daughter took me to the accommodation, we went in and it stunk, my daughter said mum, you cant stay here it is awful. I went and saw the lady at Reception, she came into the room and said she couldn’t smell anything. First lie. I asked if she had any other rooms but she didn’t, I asked for a refund which she agreed to, she disappeared and then came back and said as I had booked through *********** I would have to get in touch with them and she would do what she had to do her end, I actually booked througb Agoda. My daughter was there the whole time so everything was fine so we went off and tried to find alternative accommodation, which we did and it was lovely. I got in touch with Agoda and they said they wanted the name of the person and their title before they could put the refund through. I said I think she was the owner, so they put it through and said I would hear back from the main source. I emailed the Motel and didn’t hear anything. The next morning (Sunday) I called the Motel, the lady answered, I explained I was ringing up about my refund and she never said another word and put the phone down, I tried quite a few times to call back but it went onto answerphone. Every time. My daughter took me round to the Motel and she said that she spoke to the owner and he said there is no refund, because she (the lady) couldn’t smell anything. I said that you told me yesterday that I would get a refund, I asked to talk to the owner but she said he wasn’t there. I told her she was rude and very unprofessional for putting the phone down on me earlier, her excuse was she was busy., but she managed to answer it the first time. I said that I would be complaining and putting it on Social media, her words were, “Go for it” I had to find another $200 that night for accommodation so the whole1 night turned out to cost me $390.00 which is more than my weekly pension. I went down to spend some time away with my family for my 67th birthday, one I wont forget in a hurry for the wrong reasons. I agree with cancellation policy if the room is clean and doesn’t smell. There is no way I could have slept in that room for the whole night. They shouldn’t be running a Motel as they obviously don’t have any people skills at all. My daughter was there the whole time and was witness to it all. She works in a Motel in Matamata and couldn’t believe the way they reacted. When we got back in the car there was a guy coming out of the room behind the reception and the lady pushed him back in the room. Please heed this warning DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. The Hobbit Motorlodge, Ohakune were so nice in comparison and done everything to make my stay more memorable.

En raison d'une chirurgie urgente et d'une récupération de huit semaines, nous avons dû reporter notre pause pendant deux mois et Steve était compréhensible et utile quand je l'ai contacté et était heureuse de prolonger l'accord jusqu'à ce que mon mari se soit récupéré. Notre chambre était confortable, propre et confortable et il y avait une vue claire sur le Mont Ruapehu du pont - nous nous sommes assises et nous avons regardé le soleil et les couleurs reflétées sur la montagne neige - c'était magique. La période de temps qui est venue était toute pluie et neige, pas le beau temps pour le ski, et il a fallu 4 jours pour glisser, et je ne pouvais pas voir le paysage magnifique. La résidence du Château Hôtel n'a pas déçu dans son ensemble. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de gros matériel cinq étoiles en Chine, il est plein d'atmosphère nostalgique et vous pouvez voir le reste du service britannique qui n'est pas humble. Le restaurant dans le hall propose une norme Michelin pour le dîner et est très rentable. La qualité de la nourriture du café attenant à l'hôtel est légèrement pire. Quant à la nourriture d'un Bistrot en face de l'hôtel, elle n'est pas flatteuse, mais vous pourrez vous détendre avec un verre de vin. La petite piscine au sous-sol n'a que 90 cm de profondeur, ce qui ne convient qu'aux enfants pour jouer en hiver et la température de l'eau est très chaude. La petite salle de cinéma est bien. De nombreux sentiers de randonnée autour de l'hôtel ne sont pas difficiles et l'air y est excellent. Place insuffisante dans l'hôtel : il n'y a pas de pain délicieux pour le petit déjeuner, les produits de toilette sont trop simples. Seuls les gros bidons accrochés au mur sont pressés les deux premières nuits. Le niveau du motel doit être craché. L'échantillon des deux dernières nuits est une enseigne hôtelière locale un peu digne de l'hôtel. Image. Parce qu'il s'agit juste d'aller skier et d'aller au restaurant, c'est vraiment gênant d'apporter deux Tweeds l'hiver prochain, ce qui est le meilleur match ici.

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, absolut sauber und luxuriös ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Der große Gemeinschaftsraum mit brennenden Kamin lud zum Gespräch mit anderen Gästen ein. Wenn wir können, kommen wir immer wieder gern zurück. Heike und Norbert März 2023
