hôtel décent. L'hôtel était ici pour le travail, les chambres très spacieuses bien gardées et propres, ne peut pas défaut l'hygiène et la présentation. Le personnel est étonnant ! La réception a été supérieure et supérieure. Le personnel du bar est également bien placé quand les gens prennent des libertés. La seule raison pour laquelle il n'est pas 5 étoiles est que les lits ne sont pas grands et pas très confortables maternelle et mes plus grands problèmes que Aircon n'a pas fonctionné. La réception a été très agréable pour moi, mais même après un très bas moment, rien n'a changé. Juste un peu mieux AC et aurait été mega.

I did extensive research on hotels, resorts, B&Bs, and boutique hotels in the Lake Como area. We wanted great views, but an intimate environment. We also want ”value” for the funds we allocate for our vacation. From the time we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome in this gorgeous beautifully modern boutique B&B. This is a family-run operation and the people are very kind and welcoming. Everyone working there is multi-lingual, and we had no problems whatsoever communicating. Jonas checked us in, helped us with our bags, and kindly gave us a brief tour. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful, but respects their guests' privacy. There are six suites and all of them have wonderful views of Lake Como. The pictures are accurate. They are simply spectacular. There is a very nice bed, comfortable with a firm mattress (I am picky about having a firm mattress.) It is nicely furnished with comfortable chairs to soak in the amazing views. The closets are spacious and provide ample room to place your luggage, unpack, and items such as extra pillows. The mini-fridge is stocked with food and beverages for purchase at reasonable rates (especially for mini-bars) and there is room for a few of your own favorite beverages if they do not have your brand of choice. The breakfasts are excellent. They have delicious pastries, fruit, cheese, and various cold cuts. They also will make cooked-to-order fresh eggs, which were done perfectly. Italians love their coffee, and B&B Vista Lago has high-end cappuccino machines for guests who want lattes, espressos regular coffees, etc. With only six apartments/suites. it is a more intimate experience. The B&B sits high on a hill with breathtaking views of the lake. The location is fantastic as it provides easy access to restaurants, the lake, shops, and any activities one may choose to partake in. It is also very secure. They have a security gate that closes each evening until morning, and guests each are provided a remote control for the gate (in case they are returning from a late dinner). The entire common area (as well as the rooms) is kept very clean and fresh. The value here is top-notch. If you are looking for great views, kind and gracious hosts, and a more intimate smaller boutique hotel or B&B feel, Vista Lago is highly recommended. We will certainly be returning.

El hotel esta muy bien, pero nos costo llegar en tren (si se va en coche es bastante facil). Tuvimos algun problema al llegar pero los empleados fueron muy amables y lo resolvieron. Además estaba todo muy limpio

Nous avions loué 2 chambres. La 1ère était bien. La 2ème avait une salle de bain qui devait être refaite complètement; petite, avec la toilette devant la douche (difficile d'y entrer en d'en sortir), la planche de la toilette ne peut être relevée sans qu'elle retombe, la planche de la toilette n'était pas fixée comme il se doit, la porte de la douche était cassée et on retrouvait de l'eau partout, la douche était sale avec des joints noirs, certains carrelages étaient cassés ou troués. Déception donc pour une des chambres. Le parking de l'hôtel est petit et exigu, il vaut mieux se garer à l'extérieur. L'électricité s'est coupée à plusieurs reprises lors de notre petit-déjeuner au 2ème jour de notre séjour. On a donc dû attendre pour pouvoir se servir un café à la machine à café. Par contre, la jeune fille à la réception est hyper professionnelle et à l'écoute et le petit-déjeuner offre pas mal de choix. Je le conseille. De plus, l'emplacement est parfait.

Très bon emplacement dans Côme. Super accueil et très bonne ambiance Bien entretenu on s’y sent bien tout de suite Chambre privée pour 4 avec nos 2enfants très bien attention toutefois aux lits en hauteur car la barrière de sécurité est assez petite et elle n’est clairement pas adapté aux plus jeunes. Notre fils de 9 ans a finalement dormi avec nous … Toutefois le reste (service, conseils,prix…) est au top nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons très volontiers.

Excellent hôtel. Rien ne manque. Excellent nettoyage, petit déjeuner,privé,aéronef,parking gratuit et couvert, chambres spacieuses,matin confortable,baignoire avec douche très spacieuse,grande télévision à écran plat et dans la chambre quelques outils pour l'activité physique. A environ 200 mètres, deux excellents restaurants brésiliens et japonais.

L’hôtel est situé dans un très beau parc qui surplombe la ville de varese et le lac . L’endroit est magique, l’hôtel recèle tout le charme suranné des palaces du début du siècle, propre , de belles chambres et salles de bains. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié servi au buffet. Le parc est très agréable pour prendre un verre en fin de journée. Parking gratuit et le prix , c’est cadeau ! We booked this hotel as I preferred to stay with a brand that I trust. The location of the hotel was also excellent for our needs as I wanted to explore Milan and the surrounding areas. My experience with the Hilton hotel groups has been excellent but this was not the case this time. My concern was with the quality of the room. Room service was terrible, rubbish was not cleared from the rooms and amenities were not replenished. I had to call and ask several times for amenities and to replenish the complimentary water bottles to be able to make coffee. While they would bring one item, they would not replenish the other. For example, they would put coffee in one room but not the other (adjoining rooms), or they would add sugar but not replace the stirring sticks and so on. The main problem though was that they didn't clear the rubbish and we would go back to the room to find empty water bottles or wraps still on the tables. Eventually, I had to pay the room service lady to clear everything and properly replenish the amenities and water bottles. Even then, she did so for one room but not the other; I just gave up in the end :) What's worse is that we had other incidents that marred the experience. My daughter was locked in the bathroom for some time for example because the lock wouldn't open from the outside. When I called reception, they sent a guy who tried to open it with a room key card which didn't work. They then sent a receptionist who tried to open it from the outside with a coin which also didn't work. She then video called her dad who apparently installed these locks for the hotel who suggested we try to lift the whole bathroom door and try to open the door. Eventually I had to keep lifting the door while my daughter tried to open it from the inside. No professional engineer was offered. We stopped locking the bathroom doors in case we get stuck again. Additionally, the electricity in the room kept tripping and we spent some time trying to fix it, same guy from the previous incident by the way! Anyway, things you wouldn't expect in a hotel carrying the Hilton brand.

Nous sommes descendu dans cet hôtel avec une offre de Qoqa. Nous avons trouvé la suite très bien avec une jolie vie sur le lac. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour la musique, le bar de l'hotel ne ferme pas tard. Les chambres sont assez kitch et mériteraient un coup de neuf. Cependant, climatisation, télévision,etc,... tout fonctionne. Le déjeuné est copieux et bien agencé, il y a même un petit coin avec des articles sans gluten. L'hotel dispose d'un petit SPA à l'intérieur avec une piscine, bain à remous, bain turque, bain vapeur et sauna. Il y a également une piscine extérieur, ainsi qu'un accès direct au lac pour se baigner. Très sympa. Un service de shuttle vous emmene où vous voulez. Le verre d'accueil, est le meilleure verre d'accueil que nous ayons bu, nous avons pu choisir n'importe quelle boisson de la carte. Malgré le prix assez élevé de l'établissement, ça vaut le détour si vous pouvez vous dégotter une offre spéciale.

nous avons passé une semaine agréable et le personnel est très chaleureux et a l’écoute du client le petit déjeuner copieux et varié le service des chambres impeccable et propre et l'endroit calme .l’hôtel est bien situer prés d'un centre commercial
