Avis : Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa & Resort

Arrive again after 11 years, service keep excellent. However, insufficient no. of seat for breakfast period and need wait more than 30 minutes. The facilities inside the room should be need to do renovation.

We went during off peak season so the outdoor pool facilities were not open. Nonetheless we had a really nice time at the hotel, my daughters really enjoyed the beach and the art&craft activities. Breakfast options were great too. We def want to return again in summer to experience it in full! Lots of dining options within walking distance from the hotel as well. There’s also a nice playground 2 min drive away. Very good base for the mid/ north part of Okinawa travel.

Hotel is great. Zero to complain. If you have a car to Okinawa, I would strongly recommend. Outside of hotel there’s a food street, closest town is 10mins drive away with Maxvalue etc. great place

The hotel is great for family travel, my 2 kids enjoy the stay. Very kids friendly with free playroom. Paid day pass for hotspring, indoor swimming pool and gym.

Not bad

Very nice and renovated Hotel! Heated pools inside and kids pools area outside. Everything is refurbished and nice. Service need to be improved. Breakfast waiting time up to an hour is not acceptable!

The hotel offered a decent stay overall. The breakfast service included set menus that I personally liked, and there were fewer guests choosing the Japanese-style options, which made it more enjoyable for me. However, for the buffet section, if you go a bit later in the morning, it tends to get crowded, and the variety was just average. The staff were polite and the service attitude was good. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so it’s easy to explore and try different local foods. Unfortunately, during my stay, it rained for two days, so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beach. The hotel's indoor swimming pool also looked very crowded, so I decided to skip it. Overall, it was still a comfortable experience despite the weather.

1. Staff was not helpful 2. Morning breakfast was kind of a project in itself. Scanning of QR code, checking your sequence number & time, still waiting in front of the Sea Forest spoilt the morning mood each day 3. Too many Standard Operating Procedures for guests to follow.

Really good price for quality! Amenities and cleanness are top notch. The beach club there has great service. Close to a lot of restaurant. Will certainly stay again!

The food is good, the location is good, however the spa is a bit not in my expectations, boys are allowed to get in the spa, which the boy might be over 6 years old, and the GYM need to wear the in door shoes that provided by the hotel.

Hotel is at very high standard, room is spacious, ocean view is amazing, breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. Staff are friendly and polite. Will visit again in the future.
