Very pathetic room condition not cleaned bed sheet not properly washed first thing reception lady character is not good full rude ..she is not giving any proper response no hotwater television not working full worst experience in ooty

Pathetic rooms, untidy, no hot water. Hotel boys are intoxicated. Don't risk yourself. I ended up going in search of other hotel. For not staying I ended up paying full charges. Not recommended to even enemies. Infact it should be deleted from all booking websites as this hotel are cheaters.

Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The room had a bad smell, and cleanliness was a major concern. The bathroom wasn't properly maintained, adding to the discomfort. Service was also subpar, and noise levels were high. To make matters worse, there was no parking available. However, when I complained about the smell, the management did offer to shift me to another room, but at an additional cost. Not impressed with the overall experience. Wouldn't recommend.

The hotel was not in a well located area there are fish shops near by and we booked through owner’s number and we payed 1000 rs advanced and when we came to the hotel they said to stay at another room and they said to wait till 9-10 to get our room but turned out to be 12am still the room were so dirty and disgusting,the toilets were stinky,the bedsheets were full of dust made everyone sneeze the whole night and the wiring were also so bad that we might shocked anytime and their customer service were so bad they were lowkey shouting at us.

Except bedspread everything is good and it is walkable from Ooty bus stand and we will get all the groceries from the stay.

Worst every management. No basic facility provided. Even if we raise complaint they did not respond. What was booked and the room alloted to us was totally different. Owner of the hotel does not even reach out to traveller inspite of complaint. Please do not book room and waste your money. This people have taken granted that people will come and you the hotel inspite of lack of basic amenties

Dear Traveler Hotel service is not good it's Communication and Room also not good It's showing online best but their room is the worst room for saying 😡

Very nice neat and clean place, nice location, good landscape view from the hotel. Good ambience place
