Les appartements sont confortable mais sans chauffage ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Dehors il faisait 12 degrés! Nous avons demandé un chauffage d'appoint mais pas très efficace. Nous avons alors demandé d'allumer la cheminée mais service payant 900 roupies environ pour 40 mn de feu ... Hôtel ne servant pas d'alcool. Petit déjeuner sympa et complet avec une vue magnifique sur les champs de thé."

"Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression."

"Kitchen fumes will not let you sleep. This is my 4th visit to this property. They do not value the repeat customers. Presently staying at the property and writing this review. Despite being a repeat customer, I have been denied valley view balcony room, they gave me room facing the parking. You pay premium price just to smell the exhaust coming from the kitchen. The entire property is filled with kitchen fumes. Last time I was in a balcony room which was facing the balcony and it had carpet and the cleanliness was much much better, but the current room is very very pathetic. The cleanliness has also degraded."

Nous étions satisfaits du service mais les chambres auraient pu être un peu plus grandes pour le prix. C'était cher par rapport à d'autres complexes hôteliers haut de gamme. Le personnel de ménage et le personnel du restaurant sont très serviables. La nourriture était bonne aussi. Le personnel du restaurant a fait des efforts supplémentaires pour satisfaire à nos services, même après la fin des horaires du buffet. Surtout pour les installations de paiement et d'enregistrement sans tracas réalisées par M. Sharif Uddin et son équipe."

"Please believe the bad reviews, we have regretted not believing them and booked this property at a crucial time and lost a lot of money. It's run by an elusive owner, very unpleasant and disrespectful about the guests. The property is managed by Amit, again, an extremely irresponsible, inexperienced person. It was our wedding in December, 2023. We booked the entire property for two nights, several months in advance. They knew we were booking it for our families to be in one place, and they also knew it was our wedding. We made the mistake of paying the entire amount in advance. We had no idea that the owners run these quack businesses to cheat people. We reached two days before the wedding day, and they decided to renovate, the entire front porch was broken and being redone. I didn't know what to do, we were two days away from our wedding and urgently needed an alternative. The rooms were smelling of mould and there was mould all over, under the bed, in the bathroom, literally in every room. It was impossible that our families of senior citizens could stay there. The shocking part was the downstairs rooms were smelling of pee and alcohol and I have no words to describe how dirty and unhygienic it was. Ooty has plenty of budget heritage properties and it's difficult to maintain them, we go to Ooty every year multiple times. And, we never stayed at the Red House because of the bad reviews. And, I still can't remember why we made such a bad decision of booking this place, but the mistake was made. We had to paid a huge amount and book a different place for our family last minute. I told Amit to cancel 3 rooms out of 6, and our vendors were accomodated there. Infact even our vendors had to be moved out the second night due to construction dust, unclean drinking water, mould and dirty linen. When we asked for refund (at least of the three rooms we cancelled), Amit agreed, because he knew exactly what he had done. He had so many months to prepare for our arrival, and they did nothing. But, the owners were so cheap, probably they don't have their own money and live off by cheating people, even their neighborhood residents spoke of the owners so badly, that they were very cheap and miserly. And clearly that was the case. I decided to file an FIR, money lost is one thing, but money lost in fraud is different. They decided to return a measly amount, and my husband just wanted the ordeal to end. So I let it go. I won't recommend this place but if you must stay here, you should know the truth and hopefully they learn their lesson through other guests. Lots of excellent properties like Smyrna, Lymond house, manor house etc, where they treat guests as humans, not as dumb tourists to fill their pockets."

"We had a truly memorable stay at Sleeping Beauty by Nature Resorts and Stays. The location is peaceful and beautiful perfect for anyone looking to relax away from the usual crowds. The approach is slightly steep and includes around three sharp hairpin bends, but the stay is absolutely worth the drive. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and all the accessories and amenities provided were of excellent quality. The food was delicious, especially the hot chocolate, which became one of our favorites. We also had a great time playing indoor games in the recreation room. A special mention to Flora, Kalai, Kali, Imman and Vinoth. They were polite, cheerful and proactive throughout our stay. They also guided us regarding the road conditions before our arrival, and thankfully, the road had been improved by the time we reached. There is also a small, secluded tea estate just about 50 mts uphill from the property. It is a lovely spot to sit, relax and take beautiful photographs. We left with a genuine sense of happiness and would happily stay here again."

"Had booked 3 night stay at this place, was allotted bharathpur suite which was very dirty and had to change to kodata suite, the place is mostly deserted and hardly handful of staff managing the property, the palace is lavish but it’s quite spooky as there are hardly people around, you’d get bad vibes pretty much most of the time, not sure if it’s ******* or not but sleep is disturbed and the whole purpose of rest and recoup on a vacation will be disturbed, book and stay at your own will. As the staff is barely there; the hygiene is questionable, cutlery used in dining area were visibly dirty with some weird ingrowths in them or lipstick stains, alcohol isn’t served in premises so it’s by-ob for which the wine glasses used were again dirty, warm water for bathing is limited to few hours in a day. Having said this, if you like isolation and want to live in a grand yesteryears palace this is the place for you"

Ils ont aussi une série d'activités à essayer, ce qui améliore encore l'expérience. La voie était super paisible, scénique et une très belle façon d'explorer Ooty. Il connaît beaucoup les lieux locaux et partage même une histoire intéressante sur la zone pendant le voyage, ce qui l'a fait encore plus agréable. Globalement, un très bon resort avec de grandes personnes et de grandes expériences."
