We happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel.
If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice.
There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around.
The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles.
The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) is
1) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to.
2) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down
I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊

Résidence Inn By MARRIOTT ORLANDO Lake Buena Vista - FLORIDE. Séjour en janvier 2025, en appartement de deux chambres. Bon accueil sans plus. L'appartement est vraiment fonctionnel. Deux belles chambres avec chacune sa salle de bains et toilettes. Séjour agréable avec coin cuisine. Vraiment rien à redire en ce qui concerne le logement. Petits déjeuners vraiment plus que décevant. Assiettes et couverts plastiques jetables. Parking non utilisé mais facturé au prix exorbitant de 27 dollars la nuit. Demande de remboursement en cours. Bon séjour, mais uniquement pour l'appartement.

Mediocre hotel, Had a bottle of vodka in the freezer, came back one night beds made, towels refreshed, vodka frozen solid, had been switched out for water. plumbing has issues toilets don't flush properly, water bubbling up in sinks. I would not stay here again.

We are Bonvoy members & stay at Marriotts all of the time. I never complain, but this one was ridiculous. We rented a 1 bedroom with a pull out bed for our daughter. I could have gotten passed the long brown hair that was in the container with the sheets for the pull out bed. I could have even gotten passed the dirty spot on the sheets too, the coffee maker that was missing parts, so we couldn’t make coffee in the morning & the elevator that didn’t seem to work properly. However, the pair of dirty men’s underwear that was left in the bedroom from the person who stayed in the room prior to us was just too much. Then, when we asked for them to come get the dirty underwear & bring us a coffee maker that worked, they brought us a plastic bag for us to pick it up ourselves. Still never got that coffee maker or at least, the missing piece so we could make coffee when we woke up in the morning. We will never stay at this hotel again

This hotel is just not up to Marriott standards and it shows everywhere you look, from the chipped paint on the furniture, scratches on the table and screw holes in the top of the nightstand. The dishwasher wasn’t anchored, so when I tried to open it not realizing it was locked, I pulled it out. I had to unload the dishwasher from the previous guests. The silverware was kept on the counter, because the kitchen had no drawers. No professional designer would overlook that. The range was away from the wall about 6 inches. I had to squeeze in the gap between that and the cabinet to be able to reach the plates. Luckily I’m fun sized and thin, so I fit. Most adults would not and kids couldn’t reach regardless. The carpet in the hallway was dirty, even after the carpet cleaners were there. The kitchen cabinets were chipped. The pulls on all the cabinets and vanity were too loose to use. I had to tighten them all. There were two kinds of paint on the bathroom tile. There was water damage and a bad patch job on the wall by the shower. The nightstand had screw holes in it from the days of screwing down remotes. So that should give you an idea as to age. It was hard to believe Marriott would release a room in this condition. But they did. The maid always forgot to give me towels. I had to call on two nights to get bathmat, facecloths, etc. One night it took an hour an a half to get the towels. There are at least three entrances to the place, all labeled on the outside and none labeled on the inside, so expect a walk to wherever you parked your car. The free breakfast was the best free breakfast I’ve ever seen. The food and beverage manager is outstanding. The room itself was laid out well. There were two TV’s both on a swivel. The pool looked great, though with all the rain, I didn’t have a chance to use it.

I'm a regular visitor of Residence Inn's as we like having a kitchen and at a min a 1 bedroom so the kids can play and get up early and let Mama sleep in. I reserved a 2 bedroom this time to allow the kids to play and give mom and dad some quiet time. The best parts were the price, the front desk staff, and location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as it was our 1st time to Orlando. We had 6 full days planned out between Walt Disney and Universal. This hotel was almost right in the middle. No more than a 15 min drive to any park. Now for the not so good parts of this hotel. The Room was not maintained. Major damage on bathroom doors and in the tubs (see pics). The carpet was very old. We normally just wear socks, but we left our shoes on for this stay. The morning breakfast provided was in a lunch room style room. It was very loud and the people were incredibly rude. They would make a mess (e.g., drop cereal on the floor) and just walk away as if they didn't do it. Now this is not the hotels fault, but it give you an idea of the clientele that stay at this particular Residence Inn. The food was less than average and after the second day of getting sick we chose to eat out or make breakfast in the room. Over all if you are trying to save some money on your Walt Disney Trip this may be a good choice if your not in the hotel much. Blessings, KennyG.

HIDDEN PARKING CHARGES of over 30 dollars per night, with no security for your car and dirty parking lot, the hotel doesn't even manage the parking fees you have to register with personal info on a phone app and pay someone else, FREEZING POOL not heated so it's not worth staying here, there are other better options than this place which is not what shows on the pictures, it looks old and dirty, you get low budget hotel treatment, being from a big chain like marriot you'd expect something better but it's obviously a franchise or badly managed hotel, very disappointed and will never stay here again

2 bedroom 2 bath stay very convenient, close to shops, and restaurants. Nice hotel but you can tell it's older however very well kept. The kids are loving the pool, free breakfast and WiFi. Would stay here again. Parking on the premises.
