I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app. Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated. Only issue was a noisey AC unit. Housecleaning was also good. I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full. Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s.

ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ROOMS ARE SO DISGUSTING AND BROKEN DOWN HAD TO SWITCH ROOM TWICE THEN WHEN I WENT TO FRONT DESK TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE ROOMS THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DESK TO GET A ROOM KEY SHE THREATENED TO CALL POLICE AS SOON AS I WALK UP WHEN I TOLD HER I ONLY NEEDED A KEY SHE GAVE ME ONE BUT DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR HER BEHAVIOR

Hotel room is very basic, the rugs are dirty (or look that way, it’s impossible to know for sure), the bed is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Breakfast is so so, nothing special. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent with tons of places to eat right outside.

The location of the hotel is fair. It is about 30 minutes to the Convention Center by foot. There is not much services. You can call the hotel to give more shampoo or clean the room. Otherwise, they will not do it.
