Staff are lovely, rooms are spacious. However the food is terrible, undercooked meats, dry rice, dry burgers, often burnt chips. We have been here 10 days & tried all the different foods available and the only thing that was edible consistently was the spaghetti. The dining room gets super crowded at all meal times, 2 nights we were unable to get dinner due to the fact that by the time we made the front of the que dinner was over & staff were cleaning away. The majority of the resort wasn’t open & a LOT of the resort was a building site, same with the beach. There is not much around. A few restaurants and a couple of shops. The ‘magic hall’ where the ‘entertainment’ is, is easily missable due to it being so small. The entertainment for children is a 30 minute disco from 19:00-19:30 other than that there is nothing. There is no activities around the pool. You can not use all the services such as the beach club unless you pay for ultra all inclusive. You are told that if you stay longer than 4 nights, you get a free meal in one of the themed restaurants however it’s actually only for stays after the 21st of June, no where when booking does it specify it’s only during selected months. The TV is Spanish and they do not tell you how to change this. We had an Xbox in our room which didn’t work as it didn’t even connect to the hotels own WiFi. There is absolutely no public transport. No taxis, no busses & the train station is a 30 minute walk from the hotel, trains are not very frequent either.
