Des équipements gratuits au comptoir d'enregistrement, notamment de l'huile nettoyante et une lotion pour le visage. Ils fournissent des casiers, ce qui est très utile pour les voyageurs seuls. Rangez mes sacs de courses dans les casiers avant d'aller aux toilettes.

Very convenient location. Link to Osaka umeda station, airport bus is nearby too. Hotel provide coffee, drinks, snacks and supper at different hour. Also onsen after a tired day out is what I look forward the most. My top choice if I were to be back to Osaka again.

This is my second stay in this hotel. Everything is as great as my first stay. The concierge team seems to have more staff, which is a good thing to their customers - making sure check-in is processed efficiently and all other services requests are attended promptly. There was a lady who speaks fluent English is particularly helpful and friendly. My friend checked out their spa and she liked it a lot. I personally really like the free beverage and snack which are served almost the whole day. What could be better to have a drink or two plus some munching after a long day shopping or activities? Hotel Intergate is definitely my first choice when I visit Osaka again.

I think overall is a very OK hotel but the problem is that the prices is too high for what it offers

Overall experience is good, the location is just 7-10mins next to Osaka station. Not too crowded but convenient!

Really close the airport bus station,room is cozy and the mattress and pillows are nice,love the sofa area which my mom used to have tea fresh every morning.

Location far from shopping mall but near kitte mall and JR Osaka station , good to have 18/F onsen. Per night room price is fair good. Will come again.

Check-in/out was fast and smooth, staff was friendly. location was good but not the closest to the station. Lower marks for cleanliness due to the little stink in the bathroom.

Vert good location. Just a few minutes walk from bus stations to airport. Recommended for all.
