This 5 bedroom Reunion property ( 2,442 sq ft) with pool and spa - pool/spa heat INCLUDED in the booking rate - has been remodeled, professional decorated, and is open to guests from 1st May 2022. Enjoy your own private screened in pool and spa - heated year round - with a child safety fence. The covered lanai has a fan, flat screen TV and we offer the option of renting a propane BBQ - SEVEN EAGLES CLUB HOUSE with resort pool, spa, games room, gym, pool side food and bar is within walking distance and is a great resort amenity. Reunion Grande Hotel and golf club is within walking distance, enjoy Eleven's roof top dining or take in the Disney fireworks. We want you to be comfortable. For your safety we have a key-less coded door entry - allowing you to drive directly to the property so you do not need to check in at an office, and no Keys needed - the electronic lock will have your own unique code - house has a monitored alarm system. ~ REUNION RESORT FACILITIES - AVAILABLE TO ALL OUR GUESTS: REUNION is an exclusive gated resort, offering 3 championship golf courses - PALMER - WATSON - NICKLAUS ( Green fee charged to the guests) - and a tennis complex. Access to the Reunion an onsite WATER PARK is included in your reservation with KIDS ACTIVITIES - THE LAZY RIVER - Zero entry pools, water falls, water slide etc. The water park area is beautifully landscaped, spotlessly clean, and has relaxing areas to sit and enjoy the Florida sun - serves food and drinks - whether your a couple or a family group its a great way to take some down time off from the Parks and having rented in reunion for several years, the Water park is what made us decide this location was a great fit for our family. General Resort amenities: You can book a tennis court, visit the Gym, book a spa session, enjoy one of many on site restaurants, cocktail bars, or the COVE at Seven Eagles club house for food and pool side drink service. The onsite restaurants will deliver to the home, if you prefer to not dine out. Reunion has 6 resort community pools to explore, splash pads for the kids, or perhaps relax in one of the therapy pools/Jacuzzi/or bubbling spas. The seven eagles pool and spa:Homestead pool, wading pool and spa:Carriage point pool and spa: Heritage crossings Pools (A and B) plus wading pool and spa:The terraces pool, spa, gazebo and pavilion are all open to our guests. There area also two play areas for the children to explore and a games room located in Seven Eagles club house. There is a dog park located near Liberty Bluff. Don't forget to check out Reunion Grande Hotel , early in your stay - a luxury award winning hotel where you will pick up your guest access cards from the membership services desk on your first morning. Experience the live music on Friday and Saturday evenings in the hotel lobby, or try the famous Sushi Bar, dine at the restaurant 'Forte' or view the DISNEY FIREWORKS from the beautiful lit ROOF TOP pool and Tapas Bar - it is what us vacation home owners do!! - KIDS CREW - let the little ones enjoy some fun and activities in the kids club - perhaps you too need a break, and some relaxation by the pool. Programs offered are for 1/2 days, full days, or even the weekly camp. Please note all guests will be charged a green fee by the Resort should you book a Tee Time with the pro shop to play golf, and is payable direct to the pro shop staff, same applies to reserve a tennis court. You can book a tee time up to 2 weeks prior to arrival with the pro shop - phone number given to you in your arrival info . We have a professional property management company that takes care of the home and just as important all of our guests - They are there to help and hopefully we shall be welcoming you back.
