Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au parador de Ribadeo malgré quelques fausses notes que je vais exposer. Bon accueil. Nous n'avons, je pense, pas eu la meilleure des chambres supérieures, elle était petite mais sans doute, avons-nous bénéficié de l'une des plus belles vues sur la ria depuis notre bow-window, c'était fort agréable. La cafeteria est un lieu agréable mais du fait du COVID, elle ne pouvait accueillir toutes les personnes souhaitant y prendre une boisson, c'est dommage, mais compréhensible. Ce qui nous a choqués, c'est, ce que nous a dit le maître d'hôtel lorsque nous nous sommes présentés au restaurant à l'heure que nous avions réservée. Pour lui, nous avions fait une réservation tardive (à notre arrivée au parador à 15 heures), par conséquent, nous ne pouvions avoir une table bien placée, elles étaient toutes réservées. C'était faux, nous avions indiqué l'heure à laquelle nous souhaitions dîner lors de mon appel téléphonique du 1er juillet 2021, pour réserver les deux nuitées en gastropack, cette réservation avait été confirmée par mail. Nous avons peu apprécié que l'on mette notre parole en doute d'autant que nous avions les documents prouvant ce que nous disions. Il s'est avéré qu'il a eu un dysfonctionnement entre le service réception et le service restauration mais le client ne doit pas en subir les conséquences. Nous possédons la carte CIRCULO, nous avons l'habitude de séjourner dans les paradores et de ce fait connaissons les règles. Le premier soir, ce désagrément nous a malheureusement empêchés d'apprécier, à sa juste valeur, le repas qui était, par ailleurs, très bon. Si l'on excepte ce point, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Der erste Eindruck: Der 80er Jahre Bau könnte auch in Deutschland so an der Straße stehen. Beim näher kommen und spätestens nach der überaus herzlichen Begrüßung merkt man das es hier was besonderes ist. Das Restaurant wurde 2019 um das Hotel erweitert. Einfach, aber mit Stil eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt, wie neu. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls richtig gut.
