就像回到家一樣，房主是一對北京夫婦，對中國人很友好，我們一家4口住的，訂了2個成人，房東主動為我們小孩加了被子，比日本那些冷冰冰的民宿強多了，有早餐，有泡澡屋，房租也很乾凈，下次到北海道還定他家的

房間乾淨整潔，很温馨，有家的感覺。有一個公共可以泡湯的地方，很方便。吃早飯的地方，窗外的雪景十分棒。老闆是中國人，諮詢問題很便捷，挺滿意的。

很喜歡早餐簡單但是美味 用餐時可以欣賞雪景 非常漂亮 下次還會再來 雖然離車站稍遠 店主夫婦很友好 湯泉也非常舒服 距離商業街挺近

距離JR小樽站行走距離大約是13分鐘，距離幾個旅遊景點距離不算太遠。價格確實是挺便宜的，但是相對衞生就沒有那麼乾淨了。拖鞋不是一次性的，杯子、馬桶蓋也有點臟。環境設施衹能算是能住，給個及格分。旁邊距離政壽司本店很近。旁邊還有一條當地人的購物節。

此次北海道之行，實事求是的講梅之屋給了我驚喜。家庭旅館式的住宿，房間不大但是很整潔。關鍵是老闆人非常好，期間幫助我們換了日元，早餐還嚐了老闆的收益北海道烤紅薯，味道很棒。

位置可以。床品舒服！就像在家一樣！真的是我住了日本離家，最舒服的一家。就是隔音差點，隔壁説話都能聽見。早飯簡單，不要期望太多就不會失望。整體性價比還是很OK的

這是我在北海道住過最好的酒店，很温馨澡堂非常的乾淨，老闆人也非常好説話，就是JR站拖着行李走過去稍微有點折騰，我住了7K的希爾頓都遠不如這家給我的體驗感，附近就有各種居酒屋，便利店，離所有景點都進，房間也很乾凈，一樓的話房間裏面是有個門，一開門就是雪景絕美，泡湯絕了，就是本土風情極佳

民宿位置很好，步行到運河7、8分鐘。自助check in，有點回家的感覺。房間乾淨舒適，空調很給力，房間裏有小浴室。老闆是北京人，很親切，有問必答，聊得很開心。早飯很豐富，有味增湯，米飯，也有西式麪包咖啡牛奶果汁等。很好的體驗，下回還會來住。
