Every facilities are good , rooms are good though , food was nice !

Location ok. Clean , bed is ok. Breakfast is good. A rather good choice to stay near the canal.

Toilet have some bad smelling. Room is too small.

Great view for Otaru Canal and excellent breakfast

Hotel is old but able to see the effort of refurbishment. However, there are dirt mark in the toilet and sink. Possibly older design of toilet with a big step from living area to toilet, will be hard for elderly to mobilise in the room. In terms of public area, they are generally clean and neat. The top floor public bath is relatively small with the number of guests in hotel. If the window shade could be removed, it will be a great view from the bath to the river canal.

Great location . Staff was extremely helpful and patient . As I wasn’t familiar with how the public parking works, he took time to accompany me to the car park and explain.

Hotel was really convenient with access to the main attractions, restaurants within 5 - 10mins walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Note though there are charges for parking and would have given them a 5 on service if they were a bit more flexible on check in time.

This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

Pillows are a bit too thin, if provide two or hard pillows will be good

The location is perfect near by the river and street. Hot spring is also amazing

Hotel location is great. It is right opposite otaru canal. However the service of the staff is not that great. Room is not very clean as well. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms had dirty beds. Body felt itchy after sleeping on it and one of us even had tiny bumps growing on her leg.

This hotel is full of tourism, the public bath is not enough space to shower, need to wait for people to finish. This is first time need to take turn to shower. the facility is not new, the only best thing for this hotel is can see the canal.

Right next to the river. Perfect location.
