Pühajärve Spa & Holiday Resort

old fashion,unpleasant,cold room,stinking mole,going back in time atleast 50years. i would not call this SPA HOTEL! one(,too cold water)swimming pool,one too hot sauna,feet burning at the floor,one small steamsauna.not even niceor pleasant environment. that is SWIMMING HALLnot SPA! Food at the dinner disgusting peace of sh... at the price of 12euros! breakfast much better,but coffee macjine broke off,cusomers asking and complaining and hasseling around...restless place. at the pub having a great coffee and a class of vine,ok-and friendly staff,also at the reception and restaurant andspa". Outside envi pleasant surprise,nature,water,walking routes. free bus from Pyhäjärve hotel to Otepää:.drivers acting oddly(Locals in 40 th generation?never been even at Tartu,perhaps.?) all looking disturbingly same,never said a one singleword,responding hello,tere...only looking at you like a mummy. when getting of the bus and thanking:aitäh,still no speaking.Expect to all locals.So.they are selectively mute! First that kind of experience in my life.Oukei!!! Otepää-Tartu buses were totally different case. So,thank you drivers Otepää-Tartu.

While the rooms are not the newest and have seen better days, our overall experience was great. We got a room upgrade for free (as we were travelling with a 6 year old and there was just this one room free) so instead of s double + extra bed we got a two room family room. It was like 10 meters away from the play room so 'yay!'. The swimming pool was a pretty good size, there were a kids's pools and a jaccuzi, but not a lot of attractions for kids, but okay for a swim nonetheless. Compared to some 4-star spas I've visited over this summer this was definitely a good deal. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional. Pub food was pretty good. Overall the staff was accomodating and the location is beautiful.

Были в этом отеле года 4 назад, нам понравилось и тогда, и сейчас, спа зона хорошая, ничего нового, подводные массажи не работали, все чисто, аккуратно, не новое, но содержится в должном порядке, процедуры отличные, огромное спасибо мед.персоналу!.У нас был пакет с завтраком, обедом и ужином.Конечно стало значительно скромнее, но это и понятно, цены растут везде и держать прежний уровень сложно, но нам хватало, все свежее, вкусное, потрясающий кофе, выпечка, натуральные соки.Мы были с малышом 10 месяцев, вот здесь была проблема:кормить его было нечем, каши не для малюток_вода горячая(чтобы развести смеси и пикитированные каши) и то проблема, но как-то выходили из положения-просили в баре горячую воду.Очень огорчило отсутствие аренды лыж-раньше были!!!Потрясающая природа, если где покататься, но не на чем((( Пришлось ехать в центр и там воспользоваться арендой, лыжи дали "сказка" 10 евро , рядом знаменитый стадион Тэхванди с лыжной трассой-удовольствия зашкаливали.
