L’accueil a été parfait. Le personnel disponible et aimable. La situation vraiment parfaite pour tout faire à pied.

très bel hôtel dans une demeure historique. position en bord de mer et au seins de la ville historique d'Otrante. Vues merveilleuses sur la mer, terrasse et sale de séjour très agréables; Accueil sympathique et attentionné.

Tout était parfait! L’accueil était top, la propriété, la literie, le petit déjeuner: super!!! On emplacement est juste incroyable. Merci aussi pour les conseils pour les restaurants.

Une emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur le port et la mer. L’accueil est charmant, souriant et beaucoup de bienveillance du personnel. Les chambres sont magnifiques, une belle terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et prendre un moment tranquille. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très bon accueil en français. Personnel très sympathique. Logement situé dans la vieille ville. Parking gratuit et réservé à 10 min à pieds mais possibilité d’arriver plus près pour déposer les valises en prévenant le propriétaire. Nous avions 2 chambres avec vue sur la ville. L’une était plus grande et lumineuse que l’autre et qui sentait l’humidité mais très propres toutes les 2. Literie confortable. Petit-déjeuner servi en terrasse avec vue sur la mer: excellent ! Énormément de choix. Wifi ok dans une chambre et pas dans l’autre. Note globale 4,5 mais on ne sait pas choisir cela sur Tripadvisor 😉

Palazzo de Mori, Sergio, Federica and the team were an absolute haven in the atypical windy and wet weather while we were in Otranto, the space and service was excellent, we hope to return as soon as possible!

We spent five nights at this lovely hotel at the end of September 2025. It is located in the historic center, but parking is convenient just outside the entrance to the city. The staff at Palazzo De Mori is exceptional and made our stay very pleasant. They were always extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was like a little work of art each day. I hope to return one day.

We stayed one night at Palazzo de Mori and were truly impressed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even went out of their way to help us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with a lovely variety to start the day. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Otranto, with stunning views overlooking the harbour. We only wish we could have stayed longer—Palazzo de Mori is a gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Otranto.

UItra clean rooms, and the terrace is simply asthonising! The Breakfast buffet is just perfect. The location and pick-up service at the entrance of the town is great service.

I booked 2 rooms for the 28th of Mai. Bookingdate 24th of February! Now they say the hotel is overbooked... How can this happen? Booking 3 months in advance and a week before the date they find out that it is overbooked!!! I would wonder what explanation you hahave for this! how can it happen rr

What a gem, huge and divine white rooms, delightful staff. We had a palatial suite with 3 rooms. Only issue is no real room service but perfect position and divine terrace. We would only stay here . Beds are huge and lovely linen. Thank you we will be back
