Harris Guest Accommodation

No lift, no reception, room and furniture was poor and dirty, it’s like entire poor ! not recommended

The Harris Guest accomodation was the perfect venue for what we were looking for. It was cheap and had good availability plus had easy access into the city with buses running late into the night. Would highly recommend!

房子有個比較大的後院，可以停好幾輛車，因為我們是租車自駕遊英國，所以要找一個能停車的院子。這裏離牛津大學比較近，徒步就可以過去。周圍環境很安靜，房間裏面也很乾凈，我們是一家三口，三張床很方便。

不要訂不要訂不要訂! 1.前台沒有，出事不來，來了就就推卸責任，無任何責任 2.停車位亂畫，導致我們車子被堵住裏面，根本出不來，前台反人性讓我們一個個敲門找堵住我們車子的人，全然無責任感（非英國本土人），叫了警察，才人出現。也就是三無旅館。至客人一宿沒睡 3該所謂的旅館級別，違反合約，非法侵佔他人財產。説好全額退款，事後拒絕 4設施不夠人住的，門鎖都沒有 現在還在找英國相應管局投訴。估計調查後該旅館會被取消經營資質

We had a night in Oxford that we had not planned for. A last minute call to the Harris Guest Accommodation found us booking a night there. It is a 10 minute bus ride into the centre of Oxford and the buses run every 15:minutes. You need to get either the 3 or 3A bus in and the 3 bus back. Both run from the same bus stop which is roughly a three minute walk away. An all day bus pass will cost you £5 and you can use it on multiple buses in and around Oxford. A return ticket will cost you £4.80 so it makes more sense to get an all day ticket. We were pleasantly surprised with this Guest Accomodation. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and made us feel at home. The decor was lovely, very clean and tidy. There were three of us so we opted for the room that had three single beds. It was amazing, so clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bit of a musty smell as one would expect in an old house without a bathroom window. We put the fan on and propt the door open and it was soon as fresh as a daisy. We could not believe how lovely and clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for great accommodation at a realistic price. I have stayed in more expensive places that have not reached this standard. Hope your stay is as pleasant as ours was.

The location is good and there is parking but the rooms are in poor condition. The walls and ceilings are thin. It is ridiculously expensive for what it is and is in a worse state than photos shown on this profile. Our downstairs room was very noisy during the day as loud phone calls were taking place just outside of the door. It was even worse at night with constant noise from the room above. It was impossible to sleep. We asked for a refund for the following night and it was refused, but we moved to another hotel anyway.
