It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room
But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable.

We need to be at the John Radcliffe hospital for an early appointment. Last year we stayed at a budget hotel for this and it was awful. Wouldn't stay there again so booked an accessible room at Premier Inn Cowley. What a difference. Premier inn was first class. Will definitely stay there again.

Bed very comfortable,rooms clean, renovations in progress, odd issues over our 14 weeks but staff worked hard to resolve them. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly at all times, and they work in difficult circumstances with a ‘tired’ building ….things are worn out but it’s being addressed.. I would love to see better internet connection, air con, but in general it’s good value. I would definitely stay there again!. Outside , a little more attention to gardening / tidying would improve the general look. Plenty of parking which if you were driving would be great. …

I got flea bites during this stay. The cleanness needs to be improved immediately. I will submit a formal complaint for this. This is unacceptable. I never have this issue with premier Inn so this is the first time. It makes me thinking next time if I would choose premier inn again.

I guess its selling point is the pricing - accommodation in Oxford is always high. Location is not good - long way from the Dreaming Spires though bus service into central Oxford good Bad points: Main lights did not work Room hot and can’t open windows Stayed two nights and coffee/tea not replenished Biggest concern is security. We were in the East wing which has a separate reception but was not manned. Only one door needing a key to get into building and that was wedged open twice. Not a great stay
