The open concept layout leads seamlessly into the dining area, which features a beautiful table and chairs with seating for 6 and perfect for enjoying meals, board games and puzzles with family and friends.The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare delicious feasts, and ample counter space, making it a joy to cook and entertain in. Right off the kitchen is a large family room with a large leather sectional sofa and 75" TV, making it a comfy spot to relax with a good book or watch a great movie.Upstairs, the three bedrooms are cozy and inviting, each with its own unique style and comfortable bedding complete with custom made duvet covers designed specially for Dune Crest Beach House. The master bedroom boasts a king size memory foam mattress, 50" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate walk in shower. You battle your budget, contractors, time, and compromise all in the pursuit of your vision. I remember standing on the second floor looking out over the great room and wanting to keep that sense of shared space. The post and beam glass wall is the result. Half of the furniture was designed and commissioned for this home. I sweated the details and fought hard for this space to become what it is. Lewis is open and full of natural light. It is comfortable and even a bit luxurious. It is your space to escape to, spoil yourself with and remember what it means to relax.Lewis represents four years of construction, creative expression and collaboration with local artists and artisans.
