La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, mais je pense qu'il faut faire plus de nettoyage et de réparation détaillée. petit déjeuner avec de nombreuses options alimentaires, à partir de la nourriture locale à la nourriture occidentale je pense que l'emplacement est le meilleur point. Il est très facile de trouver un café local ou un restaurant.

Très bon hôtel, tout le personnel est grand et utile et la nourriture est très délicieuse et il y a de grands services que je recommande et chaque fois que je visite padang je vis dans elle Merci beaucoup pour leur bon traitement et de bons services. Et je voudrais remercier très sincèrement Mme Fajre pour tout.

Mon séjour au Premier Padang a offert plusieurs caractéristiques de stand-out qui l'ont séparé de ses concurrents. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est un lieu unique de vente, avec une vue incroyable sur Padang. Cette expérience, associée à la piscine du ciel, offre une expérience inégale qui met vraiment zhm Premier à côté d'autres hôtels de la ville. Je voudrais toutefois suggérer que la direction envisage de désigner le restaurant de haut-pays comme un lieu non-fumeur. Malgré la climatisation, la présence de fumée peut être un dissuasif pour les clients non-fumeurs qui souhaitent profiter de leurs repas dans un environnement sans fumée. Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues, les clients qui cherchent un hébergement spacieux peuvent les trouver un peu dépourvus. Les murs des vieux chambres d'aile ne semblent pas suffisamment acoustiques, ce qui a permis d'écouter clairement le bruit des autres clients. Ceci peut être quelque peu perturbant, surtout pendant la nuit ou le début du matin. Le service offert par le personnel était louable malgré ces faiblesses, ils étaient aimables, efficaces et toujours prêts à aider. En résumé, alors qu'il y a des domaines d'amélioration, les offres uniques et le service de qualité font de zhm Premier Padang un choix digne. J'attends avec impatience de voir ces améliorations lors de ma prochaine visite et je suis convaincu que ces changements amélioreront l'expérience des clients dans leur ensemble.

Il est très agréable de se rendre à l'hôtel. Les gens qui se sont amusés ont toujours sourire et ont fait en sorte que notre expérience ici soit de la plus haute qualité, surtout Alfano qui semble avoir été né comme gestionnaire d'hôtel. La piscine au toit offre une vue fantastique sur l'océan, la jungle et la ville de Padang, où la nourriture était excellente dans les restaurants et le bar de fond et la piscine était un excellent moyen de se détendre avec des bières froides et un jeu de billards. Je reviens.

SURFERS BEWARE. If you are booking for a surf trip, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. This hotel is completely unorganized, will lose your bag, and tell you ”too bad” with 0 compensation. Mercure Hotel gave me a claim tag for my surfboard bag with my name all over it, and still managed to mess that up and give my bag to someone else flying to another country. You will see walking into the hotel how unorganized the bag situation is. It took 5 days for them just to recover the bag. When the bag was returned, stuff in my bag was stolen including all of my fins which were needed to surf. This hotel single handedly managed to ruin a surf trip I saved up and planned for a year in less than 12 hours of me staying at the hotel. What is even more pathetic, they also refused to reimburse me for only a few sets of the fins, which is all I requested. I was incredibly patient, waited 11 days for them to get this figured out all for them to tell me sorry, we'll comp your room upon return. Comically bad experience Also, they play thumping music until 5am which other reviews have alluded to, so if you do not want that, find lodging elsewhere. One of the managers deletes their messages every 24 hrs, but here is a screenshot showing the basis of their communication, responded every few days with ”checking” or ”I'll let you know later”.

It seems that they have done refurbishment in the room. Rooms still gives the aura of an old hotel but it is clean. There is a coffee/tea maker provided. Bed is very comfy and the room is very spacious. Breakfast is ok with choice of local foods. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to visit the town.

Bon endroit pour les entreprises et en même temps réduire le stress

Its an old building with molds in the rooms and bathrooms. I believed it used to be a high rating hotels, considering the grand entrance etc. Rooms are spacious but the amenities are not consistent. We booked 3 rooms in total (same room type). One does not have a sofa, one does not a have the small chiller. However the services are great with helpful receptionists and bellboys.
