The place is amazing, clean and charming. The house is historical heritage so they have to keep the origin of the house, which is very cool. Helias and his wife Ana plus son Jose were lovely people. Location is brilliant just what we needed before arriving in Santiago! The last meal where everyone seat together was one of the owner brilliant idea. But I need to mention, maybe for being new in the industry, they need a new management strategy as you can feel their "stress" because of workload. Totally understandable it's not easy to find people to work in the area, as they mentioned, however a booking system should be implemented, a few different set menus, ways for people to pay in advance or after dinner, something to minimize their stress. And I believe because of the short staff again, Ana and her son constantly need to pay attention of payments. We had a little issue after meal where some of us paid for their ice cream and some not, and they wanted to charge again. Some feedback were given at the time and we really hope they manage these issues, as it was not pleasant at all. Apart from that, everything was perfect! Food was amazing, they even did BBQ for us on a Monday, when normally they offer on weekends only. Little breakfast was a plus! Well done Ana and Helias, I'll definitely recommend you!
