During our recent stay we came up against a few errors. On our 1st Saturday night their reception team member Jamie, accused us of not paying for our dinners and we had to find our receipt, when proceeding to breakfast the next morning, we were again told by a member of staff at the beefeater that we hadn’t paid and had to produce a receipt. On the 2nd night Sunday the same reception team member Jamie asked the children not to run in the corridors, my daughter replied sorry we’ve made new friends, to which he replied “ I don’t give a flying f**l”, which is totally unacceptable considering she is 11 years old. After returning from dinner the same evening having been in the beefeater from 730 till 930, the receptionist still Jamie then knocked on our door, 9:35 pm and said we had been making a lot of noise for the last hour and the room below had complained, we explained that we had only been in five minutes and then the girls were in the bath, to which we were called liars. I have emailed customer relations and as of 15/06/25 I’m still awaiting a response.
