パークチョン市街地郊外・国道2号線沿いのロータスの近くにある5階建てのリゾート・ホテル。アパート形式の客室やコモンスペースはリゾートらしさに乏しいが、快適性はまずまず。総じて観光客向けの高額レート設定が目につくパークチョン界隈においては当リゾートのリーズナブルなコストはありがたい。惜しむらくは、当リゾートへの案内を示す道路上の看板が少ない上に見落しやすく、またGPSの道案内も経路エラーを起こしがちな少々マニアックなロケーション。折角、地図上はロータスや繁華街の至近に位置しながらも、それらへのアクセスは難儀を極める。客室機能に不足はないが、とにかく華がなく殺風景。閑静な環境にあるだけに惜しい。細かい不満点であるが、エレベーターがなく多くの荷物を抱えて上層階に登るのは大変。また、シャワーのホースが捻れており壁のソケットに固定して使うと明後日の方向を向いてしまう。
