Cet hôtel est raisonnablement confortable, la vue sur le Mékong et les jardins potagers bien entretenus est superbe. On est accueilli dans la chambre par des serviettes de bain pliées en forme de cygnes. Le restaurant est tout à fait correct. le personnel est serviable. Très bien pour une esacle à Pakbeng (il n'y a pas grand'chose à faire sur place).

La vue depuis la chambre « Deluxe Riverview », avec sa terrasse, est sublime et permet d’admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil (on ne s’en lasse pas !). Le restaurant est également très agréable et la cuisine est bonne. L’accueil est vraiment sympathique. Un très bel endroit !

Cet hôtel est génial. La vue sur le Mékong est splendide. Ils ont un jardin cultivé par et pour les locaux qui est magnifique. Les gros + sont la piscine superbe, un petit déjeuné copieux et le responsable parle Français

Nous avons passé une nuit ici au milieu de notre excursion en bateau sur le Mékong et nous avons été très heureux. Chambre : apparemment, très peu de personnes lors d'une excursion en bateau réservent directement via leur site Web, mais nous l'avons fait et avons obtenu un surclassement gratuit inattendu pour cela ! En conséquence, nous étions dans une suite, et c'était l'une des plus belles chambres dans lesquelles j'ai séjourné, avec un grand balcon privé qui était parfait pour regarder le coucher du soleil. La chambre elle-même était spacieuse, moderne, propre et très attrayante ; luxueux, mais avait encore du charme. Personnel : très serviable et poli. Certains parlaient peu ou pas anglais, mais d'autres aidaient en cas de besoin. Nourriture: pas bon marché selon les normes locales, mais il faut s'y attendre, et mon canard laab était très bon. Le petit déjeuner était des œufs, des toasts, des crêpes et des fruits. Le restaurant est un patio extérieur couvert surplombant la rivière. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable, un bon rapport qualité/prix (surtout avec le surclassement !) et une vue magnifique.

For the price we paid I think it was very good. A few minor issues that the owners might take on… Breakfast was very disappointing. I can see in the town there was a bakery and would have preferred to have gone there. Dinner was fine, but rushed and looks as if the staff were going through the motion… bedroom was good, shower room not so good. However the views were stunning and we overall enjoyed the experience….

Amazing place to stay. One of the greatest views, with a bonus having the elephant park on the other side to see them go into the water. Great rooms as well. The manager and staff have been incredibly supportive in making some personal wishes happen, I can never thank them enough for that. Highly recommend to stay more then one night (which most people coming with the slow boats do).

Our stay at the Sanctuary Pakbeng Lodge was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, GM Benoit was amazing to work with—so responsive and dedicated to making sure everything about our stay was just right. His attention to detail really made all the difference. The food was outstanding, especially the set menu, which gave us a great taste of the local cuisine. After a long, hot day with the elephants, the pool was exactly what we needed to cool off and relax. The rooms were fantastic—spacious, beautifully detailed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. But the best part of the entire stay had to be the view. It was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. We truly loved every minute of our time at the Sanctuary Pakbeng Lodge, and we can’t recommend it enough!
