Clean & new room. Location is not closed to mall, only next to a club with restaurant. Staff are friendly.

Great hotel to stay in Melbourn Mercure Pakenham , definitely will go and stay again.

An overnight stay - very new, neat and clean. Little pricey for the location and compared to the other "options" but then Pakenham needs such facilities and it was quiet and staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay again if the need arises.

酒店整體非常新，乾淨舒適，浴室去水很好 旅客必需注意的是，前台服務時間並非24小時，若果太晚入住，需要聯絡酒店取得取匙密碼，然後從側門進入。

酒店房間挺大, 浴室熱水供應穩定. 位置在由Philip Island回City的一半路程上, 方便自駕出行遊客.
