Clean and through what’s app able to contact the owner if an issue. Code to get in door. Come and go. Breakfast right outside our door top floor. Marble steps. No elevator. A great workout. lol. Friendly staff. Air conditioning. Modelled as an old Sicilian home.

This pleasant B&B is situated in an excellent location in the centre of Palermo near restaurants, shops and touristic sights. The hostess is a charming very helpful young lady who serves homemade delicacies in the kitchen (breakfast room)on the ground floor. We had actually hoped for a room on the ground floor, since my husband has trouble climbing stairs. Fortunately the hostess' assistant helped us carry the luggage upstairs to our room on the second floor. We were pleasantly surprised by the interior of our room, which was beautifully decorated,

The hotel is fairly well located in a side road from Via Roma. The Airport shuttle dropped us off about five minutes walk away. There are quite a few restaurants within a short walk and the hotel provided a map with many of the top attractions such as the Norman Palace marked so it was easy to find them. Our Room (2) was very big with a double bed and two singles with a dividing curtain between them so it is suitable for a couple with up to two children and even then it was quite a large room. The bathroom was a bit cramped and you have to step around the toilet to get out of the shower but that was a minor issue. The room also has a small balcony which most will not use but came in handy when the Easter procession passed by the hotel on Good Friday. The TV had only Italian speaking channels (my Italian is basic) and it would be nice to have some alternatives for their international guests (maybe an English news and movie channel?). Breakfast was basic but there was enough choice there to have something different for the three breakfasts we ate here. As we were the only persons eating at 9am each morning it felt a little awkward with the owner sitting waiting for us to finish (but maybe that is just us being British :).

Posizione ottima, nel centro di Palermo ma non in zona trafficata. La location non è assolutamente idonea per persone anche con piccoli problemi di mobilità: scale molto ripide, strette e nella dependance anche a chiocciola. La colazione servita al III piano in un locale angusto, è di scasa qualità, tutti prodotti confezionati. In sintesi rapporto qualità/prezzo non oltre la sufficienza.

Accoglienza, simpatia e gentilezza. Camera molto bella, pulita e ariosa. La colazione abbondante e buona con prodotti tipici e torte fatte in casa. Veramente un bel posto nella zona centrale di Palermo. La consiglio vivamente perché la proprietaria è stata veramente gentile e premurosa.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante le nostre vacanze pasquali in questo B&B situato nel centro di Palermo, posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia a piedi sia con i mezzi tutti i siti turistici della città. Le camere sono comode e spaziose, finemente arredate e pulite. La proprietaria Silvia ci ha accolte con gentilezza e familiarità. Colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa e specialità siciliane. Struttura molto bella, curata nei minimi dettagli e molto pulita. Situata in una comoda e centrale posizione, ottima per visitare la città anche a piedi. Colazione buonissima con torta preparata dalla proprietaria Silvia, molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio privato convenzionato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo!!!
