Ionian Sea Hotel Villas & Aqua Park

Les pires vacances que j'aie jamais eues. Du début au finnois. la porte du balcon de la chambre, vous ne pouviez pas la verrouiller, alors ils y ont mis un crochet et des yeux. un bar là-bas où vous devez toujours faire la queue alors parce que c'est près de la piscine des verres en plastique de 300 ml. la piscine grouillait de guêpes. le parc aquatique n'est pas beaucoup mieux si vous vous asseyez près de la haie d'eau, vous obtenez de la peinture bleue partout club pour enfants n'implique pas les Britanniques. Ils ont de jeunes enfants, travaillant dans un restaurant. Je ne peux pas dire grand-chose de positif sur mon séjour ici, donc je ne reviendrais certainement pas dans cet hôtel. Ils supprimeront probablement la critique comme ils le font avec tous les autres commentaires honnêtes

Super hôtel. Avec de la bonne nourriture et un personnel serviable. Des piscines pour tous les goûts et de nombreuses activités pour les enfants. Les chambres étaient grandes et propres avec des matelas et des oreillers confortables. Avait une bonne et rapide connexion Internet, rare pour la Grèce. Le personnel de la réception, bien que très gentil, nous a servi pour toutes les excursions que nous avons demandées. Nous avons également acheté de très beaux cadeaux dans leur petite boutique. N'oubliez pas de le visiter, il a des pièces très spéciales. Nous reviendrons certainement...

Booked a last minute holiday and it wasn't expensive so really wasn't expecting much , and after reading some of the reviews was slightly apprehensive. On check in to our room we thought we had slipped back in time to the 70s, the room was very old and dated , we couldn't get the air conditioning working and had to report it twice , every time you took a shower then bathroom flooded . On the day we tried the snack bar , there was sandwiches and little pies ,you got them handed to you in a paper napkin , they don't use plates . The buffer restaurant opened at 7pm and we was one of the first in there , there was counters of cold salads and counters of hot food , the salads were ok but the hot food was awful , none of it was hot ,it was hardly even warm , coming from a catering background it made us wonder how long had the food been sat there for it to be that tepid, bacteria can start to multiply on the food when it drops into the danger zone . If a young child or older person are it they soon could become ill from it . At breakfast the next day we tried the breakfast to see what it was like and that was the same , tepid food so we didn't eat it ,we had cereals which tasted like cardboard and had some ham and cheese instead, we had ordered a packed lunch to as we was heading out for the day , it was hardly worth bothering , a carton of juice ,water and a prepacked croissant. I tried lunch one day and just ate the salads as the hot food wasn't hot again . The alcohol choices were very poor, beer and wine were both very bland and the red wine was very fizzy 🥺 cold drinks were cheap and tasted rank . So for the rest of the time we just only went in at breakfast for bread ham and cheese and a hot drink. The sunbeds are that close to the pool that you can't lay back and relax without getting soaked and it's far from peaceful as it's quite noisey. The one good thing about the hotel is the staff, they are very happy and smiley. If you plan on coming here, expect to eat out and you will need transport and it's in a remote area . We contacted Jet2 holidays with our concerns and we felt like they brushed us off saying that they had asked all there other customers who were staying at the same time and they was happy with the food, they told us they had no complaints since last year , but we have seen negative reviews and others we spoke to weren't happy either . They did say we could move if we paid for a new hotel , a cancellation fee on the hotel , an administration fee , We had transport so we used the hotel to sleep .

Booked a last minute deal and got what we payed for! We came in the last quiet week of May before it gets busy for summer. Not a bad week away, but pictures are deceiving. Its a hotel on its own so if you want to go anywhere it's a drive away. The watermark is alot smaller than photos make it look. The pools are nice (cold) and quite small so where ever you sit your guaranteed to get splashed as the beds are nearly in the water. We were put in a family room as a last minute booking but the rooms were incredible, big, with the most amazing sea view. The maids came in every day which was great. The food was probably the only let down. The all inclusive was small and didnt have much choice, certainly not for children anyway. So we found ourselves eating the same thing most days. Outdoor snack area for during the day (filled gaps inbetween) and also bar (not a wide variety of all inclusive cocktails/alcohol though) Onsite shop was quite good just didn't have many snacks/foods which we would have liked. Staff here were all lovely, especially George in the restaurant! We came when entertainment hadn't started yet but one of the staff still did something each night for us. "Everything starts in June" was what we kept hearing. There were pros and cons. It wouldnt be recommended if you are looking for things to do locally with it being so secluded.

The hotel is lovely location great views the food was always cold and no choice especially if your a vegetarian the drink choice was bad no coca cola or pepsi just a cheap cola not very nice and very little choice on the alcohol side its a shame as this could be a great place if they did not penny pinch on the little things

Had the best holiday didn't want to leave everything was 5 star I'm a fussy eater but didnt stop eating or drinking we had a sea view room was such a nice room staff went above and beyond everybody was friendly defo don't listen to the bad reviews I nearly did so glad we didn't and the ferry transfer makes it that ickle bit nicer for sight seeing will 100% be returning
