Mandatory Hurricane windows being installed throughout the building and construction. The windows for condo and the surrounding pool area has been completed. There is construction that was also mandatory in the hall ways that we were notified of May 2025 noise may be heard between 9a and 4p M-F. In addition, the front of building repair work is being completed. This work is completely enclosed and on the complete opposite side of the building. Guests are welcome to access pool area using the key fob provided at check-in. Parking passes are available in the condo.
