With 3 bedrooms and 2 bath upstairs plus this house also has a separated Master Studio Suite in the lower level portion with its own entrance. This Suite has a kitchenette, king bed, twin over full bunkbed, twin pull out sofa and full bathroom with tub/shower. The upper and lower levels of the home are not connected through the inside of the home. They have separate outside entrances. It has a large heated saltwater pool and plenty of outdoor space for grillin and chillin! An abundance of outdoor patio furniture including hammocks for relaxing. On the front porch you can enjoy morning coffee in the sun. Kitchen has a Large dining table with seating for ten people. Open concept living area has large sectional couch and 70 inch TV. This home also has smart TV’s in every bedroom. Location is key with this home! You can walk across the street to the fishing pier to throw in a line or just watch the sunset. Or walk 2 blocks to quaint downtown Palm Harbor which has DeBines Brewery, Salty Lime Cantina, Thirsty Marlin, Fireside Pizza plus more! You can also hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to Famous Clearwater Beach or do some shopping in Tarpon Springs. The Pinellas Bike trail is one block away this house has 4 bikes for guests to use. Looking for adventure? Busch Gardens Theme park is only 22 miles away. Also Disney World and Universal Studios are only 76 miles away. Plenty of opportunities for fishing close by with deep sea, backwaters or bass fishing on Lake Tarpon.
