Comfortable Accommodations: All four bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and Samsung Smart TVs, ensuring ultimate comfort. Two bedrooms offer their own private patio space with chairs for a quiet retreat. The two master suites, located at opposite ends of the bedroom wing, boast en-suite baths. All bathrooms are new and updated with skylights and windows, keeping them light and bright. For those who need to stay connected, one bedroom includes a dedicated desk, and a standing desk on casters is available for use anywhere in the home. Direct from Owner & Transparent Pricing: Rent directly from the owner and avoid hidden or high "Host" fees often charged by third-party agencies. You'll communicate directly with me and my local house manager. We are passionate about sharing our home and charge only the rental rate, cleaning, and tax. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee. Enjoy a 10% discount on weekly stays and a 15% discount on monthly stays (automatically calculated with your quote). Monthly stays are exempt from City TOT tax, and we do not charge for utilities (other than optional pool heat). Important City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinances: We strictly adhere to the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinances for the comfort and safety of all. CITY ID: 1058 No Outdoor Music is permitted. Maximum of 8 guests (as listed on the rental agreement). 3 Cars allowed. Violations of City Ordinances will result in immediate fines ($500 by the City) and eviction with no return of rental fees. Security cameras film the front and side of the property for safety.
