L'hôtel avec un bon assainissement, des installations et des services, le personnel de la réception est également très enthousiaste. Il convient de mentionner que le lendemain, lors du départ, le téléphone portable a été déposé sur le canapé. Il n'a pas été trouvé à l'époque. Une fois l'appel terminé, la réception a confirmé qu'il avait été spécialement pris en charge et le téléphone a été confirmé deux fois lorsqu'il a été pris. Vraiment ému et merci ! ! !

Tout d'abord, je n'ai même pas vu le compte. Nous avons une réservation à venir. Et nous avons eu toutes sortes de questions et de demandes. Nous avions 2 chambres différentes. Même avant que je puisse demander des chambres à proximité, Nenda comprenait la nécessité. Elle a offert de disposer de chambres à côté de l'autre, de sorte qu'elle soit plus facile pour la famille. Je me réjouis de cette visite, plus que tout, pour rencontrer des experts de service clients comme elle qui sont dédiés, passionnés, amis et aller au-dessus et au-delà pour que les visiteurs soient confortables et aient une bonne expérience. Vous faites un grand travail, Nenda.

La chambre était belle, mais ma mère et ma sœur ont dit qu'ils avaient des anneaux dans leur lit et qu'il y avait des moules dans la salle de bain. Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5-star: c'est un logement de base. C'est une grande location, le petit déjeuner est inclus et le prix ne peut être battu. Ils n'ont plus de bar, mais il y a un restaurant à côté de la porte et un centre commercial avec tout à l'intérieur de la distance de marche.

Le petit déjeuner était dur et abondant. Si vous avez une allergie au gluten et/ou au lait, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choses à jouir. Mon préféré était le petit tour de hashbrun – ils étaient jumelles. Les ménages ont été très aimables et très aimables. Ils ont toujours dit bonjour et se sont accueillis dans la salle avec un sourire. J'avais des questions et ils ont essayé de me aider, mais ils ne peuvent faire que si peu avec les outils limités que la gestion fournit. La question n'est pas de garder la maison, mais de l'outil qui est donné à la garde-fous. 1. Les serviettes sont si vieilles et utilisées, que mes serviettes étaient si petites qu'elles ne s'adaptaient pas à mon corps! Les serviettes étaient si portées que je pouvais les voir; pas beaucoup de « plush » du tout. Et il y avait des peintures sur elles – Je pouvais voir qu'elles étaient lavées, mais des peintures n'en pas moins. Ils ont besoin de nouveaux serviettes! De plus, vous n'avez pas pu obtenir des serviettes supplémentaires, j'ai dû tourner mes serviettes pour recevoir de nouvelles. Donc je ne pouvais pas obtenir des serviettes supplémentaires. 2. Le garde-fournir n'a que des brosses sales pour nettoyer les sols. J'étais en train de ferner un blazer noir dans les 30 minutes de check-in. Mon manteau a touché le sol, le reste était sur le plancher, quand j'ai déplacé le flanc, il semblait que mon manteau était un râge de poussière – lors d'une inspection plus étroite, le sol était libre de gros débris, mais il était sale avec la poussière. Les ménages ont besoin de meilleurs outils pour nettoyer les sols (les sols sont tous des ailes). Ils ont besoin de Swiffer ou de ces têtes de mouchoir qui élèvent la poussière. La chambre était très bien placée pour le bain, mais elle était très bien placée pour le bain. Les patrons de l'hôtel, au moins dans ma section, semblent vivre là ou étaient au moins là pour des séjours prolongés. Il y avait beaucoup de cris, argumentant, ils jetaient leur débris dans les halls (durant la journée de garde-fous l'a nettoyé routinellement) – et même leurs feuilles et serviettes. J'ai eu des problèmes avec la carte de touche, mais vous avez juste besoin de patience et essayer plusieurs fois, mais ça marche. J'ai séjourné plusieurs jours. Tout le monde était gentil et je donnerais l'amitié du client 5 étoiles. Mais le garde-fous a besoin de meilleurs serviettes et outils (comme un mouchoir de poussière) pour nettoyer les chambres. (Gestion – ne crient pas ou ne pas faire le garde-fous en difficulté – ils nettoient et je les ai vus nettoyer d'autres chambres, mais ils ne peuvent faire autant que si vous les donnez si peu.)
