The private backyard oasis was created with families in mind with a large 28 by 20 saltwater pool, area for shade with pavilion, green space for yard games and grill area. Beach days and pool days are welcome. Outdoor shower features 3 shower heads with hot and cold water, and has easy access to pool and home. We are conveniently located to three water access points. A 6 minute walk to the beach, 1 minutes walk to the bay where you can drop in a kayak or paddle board and a 5 minute walk to Dolphin public boat ramp and public fishing dock. Come enjoy the quiet end of Panama City Beach, with St. Andrews State Park only a 5 minute drive from the house and some of the best restaurants the area has to offer like The Grand Marlin, Schooners, Captain Andersons and Dat Cajun Place. This home is was upgraded with AT&T Fiber internet for the fastest speed for work and multiple devices. Smart TVs are featured in every bedroom and Living room. Unforeseen things happen in life, and we highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance for your reservation, just in the case you need to cancel past the cancelation window.
