The beach, pool, and hot tub were attractive and inviting. The condo was roomy, well stocked, and had great bedding. The view of the gulf from the balcony was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Somewhat patchy Wi-Fi was the only negative. We would happily stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in room 203. Ten suites per floor, 4 floors of suites. Perfect size. All suites are beachfront and have a balcony with patio table and chairs. Free surface parking, 1 elevator and 3 staircases. Instead of a room key, we were given waterproof wristbands. Tap to enter your apartment instead of digging for a keycard. I liked that. We loved our 1 bedroom apartment. Everything you need for a long stay- full kitchen with lots of dishes, utensils, pots, dishwasher plus soaps and tea towels. The huge bathroom has a washer and dryer, laundry soap, separate room with toilet and tub/shower combo, plenty of thick towels. King sized bed -very comfortable. Lots of storage. There’s a dining room, living room with large sofa and 2 chairs and this leads on to the balcony. I loved watching the waves rolling in and listening to the surf. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so didn’t have a chance to try the pool, hot tub or go for a stroll on the beach. We did drive around to check out the town and the location was perfect for us - far enough away from the busyness at Pier Park and beyond but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. We both agreed that if we’re ever looking for a place to spend a month and kick back, this would be the place. Loved it!

I think I would've been much happier with this resort if it wasn't falsely advertised. They have it rated as a 4.5 -5 star property which it absolutely is not. there's NO service to speak of. There's one person who sits behind a desk like a motel. you even light your own fire pits . theres a couple of games out for the kids , connect for, etc. I'm unclear why it's categorized as a vacation club. The amenities are minimal. There is a game room on the fifth floor but it's not worth going to. The room furnishings are very islander style. Definitely nothing luxurious, but it was comfortable enough. my bathtub didn't drain each night and the pillows were so high I got a neck ache. They definitely aren't Marriott heavenly beds. Panama City draws a clientele that is less desirable than Rosemary Beach or Santa Rosa Beach witch is driving distance. there were still plenty of families on the beach here . I will be positive and say that the views are absolutely amazing and every room is oceanfront. We stayed in room 203, which was down one flight of stairs to the sand. this property is only five floors high which I loved. there are high risers on either side. the front of the hotel does sit on a busy street, which is worth noting, and the area is nothing that I would feel safe walking around at night. so I am going to say if you expect a three star property, you will be happy. I feel like my review is fair. I did have a wonderful week. I came here with my 13-year-old daughter to kick off the summer. I was incredibly disappointed as I was told. It was a five star property but once I adjusted mentally I was OK. I stayed in a one bedroom. there was massive construction happening at the front of the resort, so check if that's complete if you're coming in June. if you get a good price on the room, it's definitely worth staying here. The hot tub was amazing and piping hot but my issue was there was no check system so anyone can walk in and use the facilities.

We were very pleased with out stay. The resort is very well located. The unit is very comfortable. There's plenty of convenient parking. Pool, hot tub, and grounds are very nice. Staff is very friendly.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was always friendly anytime we interacted with them. Every room has an ocean view. Within walking distance of Pier Park. Even though there is Public access to the beach right by, the area by the hotel was not overly busy.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Club for a week in September 2020 and really enjoyed it. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded in this location. The pool is a good size and located so you can still enjoy an ocean view from the lounge chairs. This is a small complex with all ocean front suites, making the perfect location if you are wanting to make sure you have a great view without a lot of crowds. It is reasonable, but not fancy. The staff was polite and helpful. The balconies are pretty small, so don’t expect comfy lounging chairs. You will need to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas unless you want to pay the exorbitant daily fees to rent them. My only complaint wasn't something that could really be avoided, but there were workers working on building improvements while using a scissor lift. It ruined my time attempting to relax by the pool because they were constantly moving the lift which caused it to beep the entire time they were working. Thankfully this was just one day of our trip.

We were supposed to check in Thursday, but we called Monday to cancel due to Subtropic storm Nicole. Statewide emergency. They refused to refund and stated only getting alot of rain. SAFETY IS NOT PRIORITY.

Overall, good experience here. The accommodations were very nice. They also provide nice small touches like laundry detergent, dish sponge/detergent, salt/pepper, paper towels. Inside was very clean and well decorated. One primary reason we choose this place was the rooms are motel style and doors open to the exterior (due to covid concerns). Another reason is this place is right on the beach. Parking was also right under the building, unlike the bigger condos where you have to cross the street. There was a constant mechanical noise at night which we could not identify. There is also only one elevator, but it was not too busy when we were there. There are no food options (or even coffee) on location. But, there are several restaurants close by and also a Winn Dixie. We did the s'more at the fire pit at night. Need to pay $3 for the s'more kit which can make 4. Only one of the two fire pits was working. Would recommend doing this, at least for a nice photo op. Glad we booked this place and we enjoyed our stay.
