Avis : Captain's Lodge and Bar

The best thing is its location. It is near restaurants, shops, and Alona beach. All are within walking distance. The room is decent. Cute nautical theme.

Very accessible location to airport and near Alona beach. Many shops, stores, foods kiosks and resto just around the corner. Just need some improvement for the bathroom area in the room we stayed. Over all, we are happy 😊

Good thing here is it is walking distance to alona beach. Restaand food stall are all around the corners. It is also near the road and location is easily to be navigated. 20-30mins from Panglao Airport. The hotel has reading area, and their mini bar is nice. Their staff are accomodating and nice. Only cons: there are a lot of mosquitoes! Make sure to close the window in the comfort room or your room in general.

Incredible location close enough to walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat and grab drinks nearby 10/10 will be back!

Couldn’t say much…Just stay here only for a night coz I have pre-arranged tours- it’s pretty neat and spacious with balcony and a garden with a nice cabana with hammock- love the sailor ship theme … the food the bar and staff are great ! Would love to go back here … the location is also great.. quite a bit walk to the beach but I like it that way so much to see and done down by the road - place is so clean!

Ambience is very quiet and relaxing. Area nearby to the beach and restaurants. I love it.

Good location...thier walk in FIT rates are half of what you charged me...at the price they sell directly, it's value for money lodge...but your rates don't justify...

1.沒水，服務人員不解釋也不處理。 我們抵達的第一晚就沒水，玩水回來八點多想洗澡，一滴水都沒有！！！ 去詢問櫃檯小姐，只說這邊本來就會這樣，一個小時後就有水了，一副理所當然，要我們自己想辦法的樣子。 只好先換衣服，帶著全是海水的頭髮去街上吃飯，逛到十一點回來，一樣一滴水都沒有！！！ 找晚上值班的先生反應之後，他先是去水塔開了水，水。後來又向我們道歉，讓我們使用其他間有水的房間。（所以根本有水，只是想不想給我們而已！） 輪流洗完澡都一點多了，隔天還有六點出門的行程，相當不推！ 2.排水不良，浴室的水會漫出來。電壓不穩，動不動就跳電。 3.每個房間都做透明的推門，蚊蟲容易跑進來，如果不拉上拉簾，外面的人完全可以看見裡面。 4.wifi也是看心情給，去反應沒網路也是說：01：00am就會有了，完全不處理事情。想當然一直到隔天11：00都還是沒網路。 可以接受海島水壓不穩，但不能接受一滴水都沒有，客人反應也只用拖延唬弄的態度。其他的員工態度沒有那麼差，但櫃檯和吧台的小姐真的很敷衍人。

Удобное расположение. Пройти пешком везде удобно. Отличный персонал, приносят все, что не хватает.

Это лучший отель за время нашего путешествия по Филиппинам, райский уголок в центре шумной улицы. Персонал очень приветливый, в номерах чисто. Территория выше всяких похвал, номера с видом на шикарный сад. Завтраки вкусные, в ресторане отеля можно поесть за приемлемые деньги.

入住第一天，海邊玩水回旅館8點多，房間竟然都沒水，一群人全身都黏黏的，跟櫃台反應，櫃台竟說要等一小時左右，櫃檯一副就沒有水啊~ 無奈之下也只能等，但時間過了三小時，依舊沒有等到水，再去櫃台反應，已是換班櫃檯，反應已等4小時了！ 他才讓我們至別的房間洗漱，搞到凌晨才洗漱完畢，隔天一早都已有既定行程，凌晨5點時房間斷電了，至櫃檯了解情況，櫃檯說：薄荷島每天的這個時候都會跳電，很正常！（好驚訝啊！竟然回答的這麼理所當然） 第四個晚上，竟然是無網路，當然也是反應無效，直到我們退房時，才知道他們是關了部分網路...... 水也是！想關就關，誇張！ 驚覺薄荷島旅店櫃檯都是神（會預言），固定時間沒水！斷電！沒網路！ 真心不推！ 雷包！ 唯一可取就是地點還不錯，其他全都一團糟
