Kissos Hotel

The establishment was quite charming, and the staff exhibited exceptional friendliness. Our accommodations, though basic, were aesthetically pleasing and overlooked the pool. The pricing was reasonable, and there were several dining options in the vicinity. The breakfast provided met the expected standards.

The hotel is in a great location for site seeing and also close at hand is a good variety of bars and restaurants. The local shops are very expensive but Lidl is 20 min walk away if you want to save a few Euros. The hotel in general is clean and well kept, most reception staff are friendly. The food is very low quality and is a disgrace thankfully we were only B&B and stopped bothering going down for breakfast after day 2. There is a fridge and safe in the room but they wanted an extra 35E for the use of them. No change of bedding or towels the entire week only maid service was to empty our bin, they are there just on thier phones rather than cleaning. We never struggled to get a sun lounger but in busy season I would imagine it would be a different story as not that many. Its a pity a few tweaks and this could be a little gem but sadly I would not return

This is a very basic hotel. The grounds and pool are lovely but the room I had was tired. Blown laminate and basic furnishings. Breakfast was limited but I did speak to people who said the evening meal was very good as you chose off a menu. I saw the young cook drop a croissant, pick it up and put it back. He was challenged about this and walked off smiling. Not a good advertisement. On our visit there was a junior football tournament and we had 4 football teams under 15’s staying at the hotel along with groups of mechanics, electricians, chefs and nurses. There were lots of young people most very well behaved and polite. Some corridor noise morning and night as they left early for their courses and went to bed late. This seems popular hotel for large educational groups/schools. My room was close to the smokers area and people do smoke on their balconies. Air conditioning was good but we had mild weather. Not sure about high summer. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area and nice walk to the sea, harbour and mall. Fabulous pizza at Martellis around the corner. We paid 300 each for the week so it was good value. Hotel staff are lovely. Receptionist are very nice and dealt with any problem (football group throwing things off balcony or different groups playing loud music) with humour and efficiency. Hotel manager is visible and walks around the property regularly. We would stay here again if the price was right but may upgrade to one of the rooms by the lazy river.

Found the reception staff friendly, especially Tina, but bar and breakfast staff are miserable. Was nice to have some water in room on arrival. Check in 2pm and out 12pm which I think is generous. We kept our room until 5:30pm on day of departure for about 30 euros. Pool area is fine, can always get a sun bed. Bearing in we arrived mid July, there was no rush for a sun bed early morning. Both pools allow ball games and inflatables which can be annoying after a while. I think this should be limited to one or the other. The rooms are adequate. Had a nice, sunny balcony above the main entrance. It got the late afternoon sun and a lovely sunset. Comfortable bed and air con is good. Good little shop in hotel selling water, towels etc. I was a bit disappointed with the location - 10 min bus ride to the centre of the resort to the harbour. If you were walking it would be about 30 mins but the heat in July meant we used the bus. There are local bars and restaurants if you do want to stay local. The best by far was O’Neills across the road. Tasty food and reasonably priced. Best cocktails! Nearest proper supermarket is 25 minute walk (Lidl). Taxis are extortionate - £10 to travel 1.1miles. Busses are 1.50 for a single or 5 euros for the day. Very disappointing that the hotel charge for basic amenities. Appalling that in a hot country you are expected to pay 5 euro per day for fridge to cool your water. The fridge is in your room, switched on behind a locked cupboard. I think this massively let us down as you would just expect it. Plus if you want a kettle, iron etc they’re all chargeable daily. Breakfast was not good. Mostly tinned fruit, hot dogs and watery scrambled egg. The Wi-Fi only works intermittently in rooms. Pool bar is expensive - 4 euros for a local beer. All in all, it is a 3* accommodation however I think there are definitely areas for improvement. It was very average.

Have stayed at this hotel at least 12 times and as is usual a high all round standard at all time As a widower I travel alone but at no time have I felt lonely all staff are very welcoming and now feel like family. Food is varied for most tastes it is always possible to construct a meal and I would recommend the soup, cleanliness in all area's is of the highest standard. Service at reception, bar and resturant is always friendly and of a high standard. I have always booked a Superior Room which are great value with easy access to lazy river and lagoon pool

This hotel was not the first time we've visited and unfortunately I think its the last time. Standards have really gone down, the food was very poor, we stayed all inclusive ? Not a good option the choice was very very poor, breakfast was chaotic, food not really appetising just warm, dry bread, very poor options. Lunch was served outside, two choices , or a small menu of toasted sandwiches, pork chop,beefburgers, all with salad and chips ! But again it was cold .evening meal wasn't much better.. sweet options jelly ,ice cream and caramel, 🤔,.rooms dated,air con warm,no tv channels available, no kettle,fridge extra cost, and the constant noise from banging ,(slamming),doors was intolerable, all inclusive DOES NOT include water ?, and two 1 hour slots for an ice cream..staff are all very friendly and hard working, the entertainment lady ROMY was amazing made it more bearable and helped us get through the two weeks .the older lady lifeguard was a waste of time,she was more interested in posing around the pool than actually working ..so sorry kissos after three times here before we won't be coming back ..! Unless massive improvements are made ..

Dated hotel, meant to be jacuzzi in the pool but it's not working, meant to be an indoor pool but it's closed, breakfast poor, burnt mini croissants rock hard fried bread , room was dated, old radio built into headboard but it didn't work, fridge has to be hired 35 euros a week but it does include the safe, entertainment staff Romy is from over the border and blatantly prefers people from over the border, our previous experiences of entertainment staff (other hotels ) who treated everyone the same regardless where they from, much nicer than this one, the bar staff are nice and waiting staff good ,reception staff ok maids ok, hotel information on holiday sites state its near a beach, very wrong, half hour walk to beach, no access at end of street, you can still have a nice time using kissos hotel as a base and hanging around the pool a few days, use local bus 615 from stop outside McDonald's 1.50 euro to corrallia beach, can't go wrong as its the terminus for the bus , sun beds 5 euro for one or 7.50 for 2, shop toilets and cafe there or go the other way the 615 terminates by the harbour.

And another successful trip. I would like to mention a few people whom treat me like family. Mr Paul a truly lovely gentleman and his Daughter Natalie. All the office people. Tina, so helpful & Aristos. Barbra. Olga. They all make you welcome home from home, if I have missed out anyone I’m sorry. See you all soon. The only downside to this trip was the Hotel was closing for the winter break & I ended up in the Hotel down the road less said the better.

Lovely place me andy husband went the staff are fantastic couldnt do enough for you very pleasant in the central of places to vist we had a great time down to the harbour beautiful places to eat drink had fantastic time loved every minute 😀😊
