Clean property with amazing host

This was our third stay at Milonas House in Paralia Dionysiou, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The apartments are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful garden, full of colorful flowers and greenery, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. It is clear that everything is cared for with love and attention to detail. What truly makes this place special is Mr. Tasos. He treats his guests like family and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. His kindness, warmth, and hospitality are the reasons we keep coming back year after year. We highly recommend Milonas House to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing place to stay near the sea. Thank you, Mr. Tasos, for another wonderful vacation. We have been visiting Milonas House Apartments for years and are fascinated by the hospitality and cleanliness. Wonderful location, about 50 m. from a bakery, gyros, super market and of course the beach with both a free area and beach areas with umbrellas and sun loungers, bars with all kinds of food and drinks. Thank you Mr. Tassos and we highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay at Milonas House Apartments. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely balcony that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. What really stood out to us was the warmth and friendliness of the staff—they went above and beyond, which truly made the experience feel special and memorable. The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was just a short 2-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted. Plus, there were plenty of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area both fun and convenient. I would 100% come back here again and will definitely be recommending Milonas House Apartments to all of my friends and family. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere!

The most beautiful place in Paralia Dionisio. Hygiene is at a very high level. Close to the beach and a step away from the center. Thank you, Thasos, we felt at home.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean and the host’s attitude was incredibly welcoming. There are great restaurants nearby with delicious food, and the hotel is located close to the sea. We came here for the second time, stayed almost a month, and will definitely return again. Highly recommended by our whole family!

The place is amazing. We had everything we need. We parked in front of the place peacefully. The hosts are very welcoming and nice people and always made sure we get all what we need. Rooms are nice, big, AC, bathroom towels and balcony. Prices are very reasonable and close to everything Highly recommend.

Excellent location and extremely clean! The owner T is an amazing guy he will help with anything you need. Luisa , his staff also makes sure everything is clean in your rooms. You have everything you need at this location a washing machine , a shower in the garden and a bbq for all your needs!
