Small house, completely reniewed, at the back of a silent yard, with trees.

Very accommodating proprietors, sweet little house Due to the early arrival of our flight, Denis and Annemagret allowed us to check in before the normal time. When we arrived, there were fresh flowers in a vase waiting for us as well as fresh fruit, juice and 2 liters of Evian! The house is charming. It’s location is very safe and convenient. The prime minister’s residence is only a few blocks away, so plenty of police are around. Lots of bistros, cafes in the area, a boulangerie right across the street and Le Bon Marche nearby. The beds are upstairs. If you are older, it’s a bit difficult to drag your luggage up there on a winding staircase, but we managed. The house has everything you need for your stay. Denis was very helpful in providing us with any information we might need, and he checked in with us several times during our stay to see how we were doing. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Cute ‘Chateau’ Excellent Location Property was in an excellent location for walking, busses and Metro. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well furnished apartment.

Great little spot! Great little compact apartment in the heart of Paris! Supermarket, bakery and restaurants all just outside the front door. It was so cool and what we needed as Paris was experiencing a heatwave. Best thing is it’s so quiet. Denis and Annegret are the kindest and loveliest people!

Best stay The stay at this location could not have been better. The hosts met us at the door at arrival. There was fresh fruit waiting for us as well. They gave us ideas of places to go, how to find metro and even arranged an activity for us. The communication was excellent. Everything in the apt was well thought out and well provided including adapters and tea and coffee for the espresso machine. With just a short walk to two metros, bakery just a few doors down and a mini store next door this is the perfect location for your stay!
