Avis : Le Belgrand Hotel Paris Champs Elysees, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

L'ascenseur était horrible ! Coincé dans un ascenseur ! Je suis tombé deux fois, et à ce moment-là, j'ai pensé que ma vie était finie !

L'emplacement est bon, mais le remboursement de la caution est un peu lent. Cela fait une semaine.

L'ascenseur ne pouvait accueillir que deux personnes, et après être sortis de l'ascenseur, nous avons dû marcher un demi-escalier. Nous avons transporté quatre valises et trois personnes ont marché trois fois et ont monté trois escaliers. Le plus important était que l'ascenseur était en panne. le lendemain et j'ai porté mes bagages au cinquième étage. La moitié de mon ancienne vie au 0ème étage a disparu. De plus, la chambre est très petite et le prix n'est pas bon marché (en fait, c'est un B&B rénové, je ne sais pas d'où j'ai eu la confiance de l'appeler quatre étoiles). N'y a-t-il aucun résultat pour que Ctrip gagne de l'argent maintenant ?

We travelled to Paris only 5 days & booked the biggest room for 3 of us at Le Belgrand Hotel Paris Champs Elysees, Tapestry Collection by Hilton …look from picture it looks nice but reality is very tiny small to be able to fit  3 persons &  the stairs r small & difficult to bring lugguages in & out….even elevator is only fit for 1 person w/ 1 lugguage …we demanded to be switched to another Hilton but was told to wait for manager to decide but manager never come back till the day we r leaving…we were so frustrated and sad at the same time…I do not think it can be rated 4 stars hotel…the price we paid was a rift off…not recommend at all.  It ‘s a sad thing but it’s what it’s …..it real let screwed up our few days in Paris 😭

房價過高和房間隔音不好之外，其他都很完美，前台人員有禮周到，感到賓至如歸。可惜酒店空間偏小略扣分！

房間有點小，設施比較老舊。希望酒店可以做進一步改進。

Sincèrement, c’était l’un de mes meilleurs séjours. L’hôtel est magnifique, l’ambiance très agréable, et le service impeccable du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Belgrand pour leur professionnalisme et leur accueil chaleureux, et une mention spéciale à Soukaina, qui a été tout simplement adorable ! Merci pour ta gentillesse et ton attention. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.🩷

Chambre, salle de bain et cabine de douche exigus, à peine si on rentre confortablement dans la cabine de douche, et d'office on se lave les cheveux tellement c'est petit. Petit déjeuner tres moyen, espace tres petit Accueil sympa à l'arrivée, au petit déjeuner et au départ

Tucked away like a secret, this charming little hotel had cozy rooms, incredible breakfasts, and staff who showed me nothing but kindness when I lost my wallet. A place that felt like home when I needed it most. Rooms are on the small size but they have everything you with excellent location on no busy street a few blocks away from transportation, champs Elysees

If negative stars were a thing Lol...Where to begin...they want to keep minimizing my experience. Beyond the reviews about how HOT the rooms are, and their excuses about that... We were only relocated because it was Late evening...staff couldn't do anything else. Bottom Line...You might NOT want to stay at this hotel! They have MICE! Not One, Not two, but they are INFESTED! When there are baby mice, there are litters! First, they called it the "incident," until I called them out on it. We were on the terrace, where pigeons crap all all over, so they have to clean up pigeon poop, everyday! You have to go thru the terrace, lobby, eating area, to get to/from any rooms. So...before we knew all this, we were actually on the terrace. We saw a mouse run down the ledge in the terrace, then jumped to the ground, then another one, then a baby one...We jumped out of our chairs! When the staff saw us, because there's a big glass window, they asked us to come inside. We did...then mice came inside... into the lobby/reception/eating area, where we were. When I tell you...Please Read these emails... their management tried to portray immediate resolutions. Who are they trying to impress, upper management?? NO, they didnt resolve NONE of this while we were there recently, Aug 18 2025. They really dont give a crap what kind of stay you have when they are going back and forth with paying customers about MICE IN THEIR HOTEL! The money back for a crappy stay is what we ALL want, am I right?! 20k points doesn't cover a 1 night stay, even at their own hotel, which I will NEVER STAY AGAIN! Give me ALL of my MONEY BACK!! Is My resolution...
