Drive to Red Lodge from the ranch over the mountain on the Old Meeteetsee Trail, or take a short 25 mile highway drive.Red Lodge has a wildlife zoo, great shopping, Wonderful restaurants,antique stores and casinos. Yellowstone is in the backyard and is accessible through Cody & the East Gate, you may also have quick access through the North East gate. Chief Joseph Scenic Highway is a very beautiful drive, within minutes of the cabin. Have your camera ready, deer and antelope pass thru the ranch every morning and evening. The wildlife is abundant.The sunrise is an awesome sight, rising over The Bighorn Mountains, as you can see 80 miles to the east. The Pryor Mountains, where the wild horses roam, are also in view. Walk to the west side of the deck and watch the morning glow on The Beartooths. It is a beautiful experience.
