Found the hotel good and not so cheap for one night a double bed last time,

+ Stayed 4 nights. Free parking never a problem, plus room fridge, coffee pod machine, two comfy chairs, room heating / cooling & premium WiFi excellent, breakfast best ever and so freshly made, staff all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Place was spotless.

We were staying 3 nights & were allocated a premier plus room which was v spacious, clean & had a fridge. We didn’t need the room cleaned but easily had towels replaced. On site, free parking was really appreciated & location was perfect for visiting family nearby.

The best receptionist I've encountered. Charles/Charlie helped us with all our luggage to our room. Big heavy cases and he did this all out of kindness. The Premier Inn was what you expect and, comfortable and in fairly good condition. I would stay here again.

First floor roon was cold and damp. The sheets and towels were clammy. The heater only came on for a short time then dropped back down again. Got up 3 times in the night to turn up the heat again. Finally got up at 5am feeling cold and exhausted. There are lots of other options to stay in the area - skip this one.

Immaculate hotel, beautiful room, super comfy mattress & pillows. and the breakfast was 10/10 perfect. We chose this particular hotel due to joining a cruise holiday Southampton on the Saturday morning. Plus it has free parking and only 15mins drive to cruise terminal. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Room was lovely and seemed new in an extension part. Had an issue with the shower, however contacted reception and Kurt came straight away and sorted out the issue, so no problem to us because of his help. Fantastic service. Great nights sleep and nice and quiet location.

No complaints at all about my stay here: clean room, comfortable bed and very quiet at night. The breakfast was also good, with vegetarian sausages cooked to order when we asked for them. There is a TGI Friday's opposite if you want to eat somewhere close.

The Premier Plus room had a lovely modern design. Reminded me of a much more expensive room in a London hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rainfall shower was amazing. The Blackout curtains & temp control are fab. The Nespresso coffee machine was great & all the little included extras were a nice touch. And it was all very clean & the staff were very attentive so I will definitely stay again.
