Hôtels à Kutchan avec parking

« Nous avons toujours été un fan du groupe d'hôtels NIKKO. C'est un nouvel hôtel. Très moderne à vue et une grande facilité. Lieutenant salon de club avec une bonne gamme de F&B. Grand endroit pour le refroidissement. Je suis ravi de la salle de sport. toutes les installations de salle de sport sont faites en bois. fait de la salle de sport un endroit très spécial. Le personnel de service est également étonnant. Je voudrais crier au gestionnaire de F&B M. Nay Win Q. Grand hospitalité de lui. Nous avons 2 petites questions avec cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais même si le restaurant n'est pas encore 50% plein, nous avons demandé une tasse de café, le personnel a répondu qu'il s'agissait d'un buffet et nous avons besoin de notre café. Enfin, nous avons eu un lit supplémentaire dans notre chambre malheureusement tout dans la chambre vient seulement en 2 ensembles. Un reflet de la mauvaise communication de service de la chambre. »

« I love it here. Facing mt yotei took a lot kf pictures with it. Its the best for solo travellers might come back here. Although far from hirafu and hanazono ski but theres a shuttle going back and forth for free!! I love the breakfast buffet also. Worth the money. »

« I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year. »

« Après avoir appris que nous étions en voyage pour célébrer notre engagement, l'hôtel a été très gentil en fournissant des snacks supplémentaires pour vivre l'humeur. Le personnel a été très fluide en anglais et a pu expliquer clairement les lignes directrices sur l'utilisation des objets de l'hôtel et donner une brève et facile à comprendre l'introduction dans le répertoire et les services disponibles lors de l'enregistrement. »

« L'expérience est bonne, mais vous pouvez vous aider mais vous sentez qu'ils essaient de vous faire peur chaque cent (nous avons été facturés pour un oeuf cuit au petit-déjeuner buffet + il semble y avoir très peu de services gratuits. »

« Clean and accessible via shuttle bus (though infrequently) or via GO car. Staff were helpful and polite. There is a diner downstairs (Midtown Diner) which is convenient if it is snowing hard and you need to eat in for lunch/dinner. There are rooms to store ski equipment, and coin washing machines for easy laundry. There were also some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby. »

« Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Taito (un joli garçon japonais qui parle bien anglais avec un accent thaïlandais! Je veux dire, comme un compliment). Peu après l'entrée de notre chambre, Taito a personnellement frappé la porte pour nous donner des articles que mes parents nous ont demandés. Il était aussi là dans le soleil brillant pour dire au revoir quand nous chargeons nos bagages dans la voiture de location après avoir vérifié. La chambre a été équipée d'une cuisine avec un ensemble complet d'appareils, d'outils et de crochet. En général, il s'agissait d'un séjour très agréable. La seule grippe que j'ai est que l'hôtel ne m'a pas permis de changer mes dates (pas sûr pourquoi, comme c'était la fin avril et pas le pic de la saison de ski), même si j'ai proposé de faire une autre réservation avant d'annuler (a fait ce genre de de l'hôtel à Hokkaido, je sais que c'est possible. Il aurait été parfait si l'hôtel pouvait offrir une certaine flexibilité à leurs clients. Après tout, les plans changent pour diverses raisons. À l'avenir, espérez être de retour et voir qu'ils sont plus flexibles la prochaine fois. Jusqu'à ce moment, merci et chers =) »

« This hotel is perfectly located on the most happening street, making it super convenient for exploring. Newly renovated, everything feels fresh and incredibly clean. The room was fully equipped, you can get whatever you need. A special shoutout to the receptionist from Taiwan, she was so helpful and friendly—my kids still talk about how much they miss them! Highly recommend staying here! »

« It was an amazing stay! The room was big and clean, we liked their toiletries ( such as skin care products) The huge bonus was a private onsen😍 it's a must after skiing, but even if you don't have one, you can use a shared one downstairs 👌 Breakfast was quite good and we really enjoyed how close the hotel is to the slope, you can actually see it from the window They also have lockers for your ski gear which is so convenient Overall highly recommend to stay 👍 »

« Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen. »
