IInvitéPerfect stay with great services here. Sharing a room with an access card make you feel safe. Even the toilet is accessed with the card. Luggage storage is available and is secured by staff at the reception. Location beat hand down and we booked another night with private room. Only down side is a shared toilet.

IInvitéNo car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

IInvitéAmazing location. We stayed for two nights and upgraded our stay by paying extra. Had a relaxing stay, we wanted to extend our stay but hotel staff didn’t really helped us to offer a good deal. That was the only disappointment rest everything was perfect.

IInvitéThis is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe checked into HotelMotel late in the evening and picked up the keys from the reception at Hotel Alba next door. It was a short walk to the motel. The group operates 3 hotels that are adjacent to each other including the Terrace Hotel on South Terrace which is the southern border of Adelaide City. The hotel has rooms on 2 floors surrounding a central carpark on 3 sides. Parking is free for HotelMotel guest whereas guests have to pay extra for secure parking at the other 2 hotels. HotelMotel has been recently renovated and won some awards for its upgrade. There are no lifts and bags need to be carried up a flight of stairs if your room is on the upper floor. The surroundings were very quiet which enabled us to have a good sleep. The room was comfortable and the bathroom modern. We would stay again on our next trip to Adelaide. There are not many options for places to eat late at night except for the Pulteney Pokies place around the corner which had friendly and helpful staff.

IInvitéC'était bon, mais pas plus. Les deux choses les plus importantes pour moi dans tout hôtel sont un lit confortable et une bonne douche. Le lit était très bon, mais la pression de l'eau dans la douche était très faible. En plus, il y avait d'autres questions que je ne m'attendais pas à un hôtel de cette norme, en portant les prix qu'il fait. Le bouton de la télévision n'a pas fonctionné, ni les boutons les plus hauts sur la télé. Une fois que j'ai tourné la télévision à la GPO et ensuite sur la télévision elle-même, je n'ai pas pu utiliser le lecteur DVD connecté comme les boutons pour le changer sur la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner était très mauvais, les oeufs de céréales ou de craquage avec quelques autres options, comme les coupes de fruits, le yogurt et les biscuits. Il m'a servi de l'objectif d'être près du centre de convention, mais je doute que je resterais encore là.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe stayed at Franklin Apartments twice during our trip to Adelaide. The location is convenient with restaurants on Leigh Street to the north and China Town to the south both easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. It has a Rose Bagels restaurant on the Ground floor accessible from the lobby which is highly regarded and was taken over by new owners during our stay in November 2025. Entrance to the hotel is from Bentham street which has a few on street parking spots which are great if you can get them for free overnight parking. The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, living/dining areas and laundry facilities. The first apartment we stayed at also had a separate study area which was great for getting some work done.

IInvitéAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.
