Hôtels à Cité d'Albany avec parking

Book two bedrooms with 1 double bed and two single bed from Trip’s app and paid in advance. However when arrived there I found that the two bedrooms unit only had two double beds in each room. Contacted the Manager and was given another unit with two single beds in another room but I was told that I only booked for two adults and not three and a child. I was asked to pay extra AUS $60.00 for the our stay. Not very happy with this arrangement and request that you give me Credit for the the amount I had to pay for my future booking. Please advise . Thanks

The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'une des unités de studios du Grand Emu Holiday Park et l'aimé absolument ! Les installations sont étonnantes tout est propre, moderne et bien entretenu. Le parc lui-même a une grande atmosphère, avec des familles amicales et respectueuses partout, ce qui le rend un endroit très confortable pour se détendre.

We were assigned to cottage 9 during our recent stay. The car porch rather on the down slope is difficult for me, a Singaporean to park there upon check-in. Observed there were other cottages available.

Nice place to rest with equiped with necessary utilities. Heater was functioning well. We had a studio and we rest well

Facile à trouver et le propriétaire a donné des instructions claires sur la façon de s'inscrire. Parking en face de la chalet. Équipement de cuisine de base fourni. Près de la plage. Fer fourni dans la salle de lave-linge.

Excellent place to stay and service was good customer service

Facile à trouver en conduisant à Albany et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville et des magasins. La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. Il y a une piscine mais nous sommes arrivés tard donc nous ne l'avons pas utilisée. Pour un séjour de 1 nuit. ça va car le prix était raisonnable.

Great location at the heart of Albany, I drove so everywhere accessible, next door is a French patisserie, beautiful food and place. Good public parking, limited private parking (so dense I must give praise to those who parked). Despite the older infrastructure, it is well maintained and clean. I like how they ask for feedback. Good free pancake breakfast, coffee and first 2 slices free. Receptionist is live in, made it an easy check in at my late arrival.
