We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The self check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. We truly appreciated the great hospitality. The only two things that could be improved are the hairdryer and the shower water pressure. The hairdryer was quite underpowered. I have long hair, and it normally takes me about 10 minutes to dry it, but with the hotel hairdryer it took around 30 minutes. The shower water pressure was also quite low, which made showering less comfortable. Other than these two minor issues, everything else was excellent. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Hotel! The highlight for me was the breathtaking mountain view from my room—absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast spread was a great way to start the day. Definitely a place I’d return to, especially for that amazing mountain view!

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Our 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room. The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing. We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet. We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too. Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience. It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed. A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind. In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty. Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy

The room was not as adversitised and does not exist so needs to be changed on trip site. I told staff that the bathroom wasn’t clean and they did nothing about it. No free drinking water in the room or hotel just warm tap water from the bathroom tap. Breakfast was a joke, things weren’t replenished when they ran out, most things were finished 30 mins before breakfast ended. There wasn’t enough food or seating and a noisy truck delivering to the hotel obscured the view throughout breakfast. I didn’t find the service to be that helpful and I wouldn’t recommend.

L'ensemble est un hôtel typique de chaîne nord-américaine, réglage propre et conçu pour la porte, qui permet de transporter les bagages et de transporter les animaux de compagnie. 🛏️ Chambres et installations: Nous avons une large espace de chambre double, un lit doux et confortable, une chambre avec un canapé, un micro-ondes, un petit réfrigérateur et une télévision, ainsi qu'un climatisation indépendante, les détails sont remplis. La salle de bain est claire et limpide, les cosmétiques avec la lumière et un approvisionnement en toiles abondant sont impressionnants. Le plus surprenant, l'hôtel est très ami pour les animaux de compagnie et les enfants de la famille peuvent facilement séjourner. 🏊 Éléments publics: la piscine intérieure est une installation de cartes de l'hôtel, la piscine est propre et propre, la peinture thématique de ski sur le mur est remplie de caractéristiques locales, la natation peut encore se reposer sur la boue de la piscine, c'est une excellente option pour se détendre après une longue route. ✨ Tout entier : le service de réception est enthousiaste et efficace, le petit déjeuner chaud gratuit peut rapidement compléter l'énergie, ainsi que des installations de qualité et de qualité, qu'il s'agisse de voyages familiaux ou de voyages avec animaux domestiques, c'est une option de transition très fiable sur la route de la montagne de Larki.

Le ménage est un hôtel de qualité, mais il semble être plus comme un motel de base. Les chambres sont dépassées, les éclairages sont inconsistents, les tones chaudes et froides sont due à des bulles de lumière incompatibles. La télévision n'a pas pu recevoir de signal, et la propreté était inférieure aux attentes. Seulement environ un quart de la douche fonctionnait correctement, et le réfrigérateur n'avait pas de compartiment congélateur. Le petit déjeuner est juste meilleur que rien. Le stationnement est très pratique, vous pouvez vous garer juste devant la chambre, et c'est très pratique pour sortir les choses.
