The hotel room was recently renovated, and the size was quite comfortable for a family with a child. Breakfast was included in the price, making it a great value. The only downside was that my room faced the street, so it wasn’t as quiet as I had hoped, even though the front desk mentioned that the street is usually quiet at night.

Everything went well. Great value, room was nice, breakfast was good. Ample parking and close to lots of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The check in was very smooth once I managed to get in to the building. The room was huge, clean and had all the little touches except the lack of drawers (only 2 small drawers for a 2 Double bed room). Also only 3 hangers for clothes and nowhere to hang a coat. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely highly recommend to a convenient stay in London. Will most certainly be staying there again.

Hotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was. There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

La suite était parfaite pour ma famille de 6. Il y avait un espace de séjour séparé avec un lit et la chambre avait deux reinees avec portes françaises pour la vie privée. Les enfants ont accueilli la piscine et l'arcade mini. ou même du café pour les invités.

Few things are under renovation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay overnight.

The hotel was helpful. We were not able to go because our dog was sick. This happens. We understood that we would loose our money because I didnt have free cancelation or modification. But.... when I received an email stating I would be charged if I didnt check in I was mortified. I searched everywhere on the Trip.com app to see how much I would be charged if I didnt check in, on top of loosing our money. I couldnt find the answer anywhere. I called the hotel and they didnt know. When I made the reservation there was no mention of this extra charge. Needless to say I was upset. So, we made a point of driving to London to check in but not stay at the hotel. We went back home. 3 hour round trip. I won't use Teip.com again. And I will tell all my friends and family the same.

Convenient location. This was my third time to stay with my family and this year is for my daughter’s graduation ceremony. The receptionist is responsive as we requested for hair dryer and laundry powder. Only thing is to pay attention is to keep silence after 10pm during the stay

Bon emplacement, délicieux petit déjeuner, yaourt à la fraise préféré, centre-ville, transport pratique, plus de 2 bus, les transferts en bus peuvent être transférés librement en 90 minutes et sans frais, tournez à 90 mètres à gauche et il y a un restaurant végétarien chinois À 100 mètres est un restaurant chinois avec du poisson, de la viande, du porridge, du riz et des nouilles. À 10 minutes à pied de la gare, du marché de Covent Garden, de la rivière, du parc Victoria, de la cathédrale Saint-Pierre

good for the price. I appreciated that there was a fridge and microwave although I didn't use them. I often do when I go away. Location is good. Breakfast was better than some places I have been. Staff were friendly.
