Commentaires des mères : 1. Ce qui m’a le plus touchée, c’est que ma sœur aînée est venue nous chercher à la gare TGV. J’étais accompagnée de trois personnes. Elle nous a donné des indications sur l’itinéraire avant de venir nous chercher, ce qui était très réconfortant ; 2. Il y avait deux enfants et un homme âgé. Il y avait un étendoir au quatrième étage de la maison d’hôtes. Je devais me changer tous les jours et je m’évanouissais s’il n’y avait pas de place pour laver mon linge, car j’ai dû rester dehors pendant près de dix jours et je suis restée trois nuits à Anshun. Chaque jour, mon linge était lavé impeccablement ; 3. La décoration de la maison d’hôtes était très confortable, comme à la maison, et chaque chambre était impeccable. Ma sœur aînée était très attentive à la gestion de son commerce préféré ; 4. Ma sœur aînée est une femme forte et son mari est malaisien. Ils ont des goûts et des aspirations différents en matière de goût et de style ; 5. Pour être honnête, chaque site pittoresque d’Anshun est très épuisant et fatigant. Je bois une tasse de café chaud tous les jours, ce qui me fait plaisir. 🫘 Le goût est correct ; 6. Ma sœur aînée participe également aux jeux et est très enthousiaste à l'idée de partager ! Ce sont tous des avantages, et je vais aussi noter quelques défauts. ღLe petit-déjeuner ici est moyen (bien sûr, j'ai des exigences élevées en matière de petit-déjeuner). Pour un bon repas, il faut aller en ville ! C'est aussi très pratique pour s'y rendre. On peut prendre un taxi depuis la rue Gufu pour plus de 20 yuans ! En résumé : Je choisirai de séjourner ici la prochaine fois que je viendrai.

Encore une fois, je ne me tromperai jamais en choisissant Jianglu. Le paysage est toujours magnifique. On peut admirer le plus beau paysage en ouvrant la fenêtre, ce qui procure une sensation de détente et de bonheur. Soudain, le monde s'arrête, laissant place au bruit du vent et à celui de sa propre respiration. C'est calme et confortable ! Installations : Très propre et tout le nécessaire Hygiène : Propre et hygiénique Environnement : Le cadre naturel est magnifique, l'hôtel est également complet, et on peut faire infuser du thé gratuitement autour du poêle ! Service : Attentionné et enthousiaste ❤️🔥

This is the first hotel I come across in my travels that provides a washing machine cum dryer in the room. It is so convenient to do laundry in the room. Very much appreciated. The owner of the hotel is also welcoming and helpful. He helped to call didi to the railway station at a much lower price. The room is clean and breakfast is average.

Our stay at this resort was extraordinary, largely thanks to the phenomenal service from our butler, Xiaoyu (小雨管家) and a clean and comfortable stay. A day before our arrival, she reached out with detailed information, helped order our dinner, and proposed a great itinerary (including my favourite 上帝视角) that seamlessly coordinated our meals with our plans. All the staff that we met were friendly, and Xiaoyu also helped to arrange a staff to drive us to Emergency Exit 2 to catch our scheduled DiDi ride back to Anshunxi Station. Even after we checked out, Xiaoyu heartwarmingy checked in on us to ensure we made it to our destination safely. This level of genuine care and hospitality made our trip truly memorable.

I only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free. On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. I highly recommend Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel to anyone visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The hotel's excellent service and caring staff made all the difference.

La chambre est propre et sanitaire, le service est enthousiaste et attentif, l'expérience est pleine! Le service de la réception est soigneusement chaud et géographiquement supérieur, et il est très confortable de vivre. Le rapport coût-efficacité est superbe, l'environnement est calme et propre, le personnel a besoin de l'aide, bonjour!

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels. The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office. The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

L'hôtel est propre, le service est enthousiaste et la réception est très pratique pour vous loger. Maintenant, la dame a également mis à jour gratuitement le type de chambre est vraiment très intime et le coût de l'équipement est très élevé et le parking est très pratique pour sortir ou la nourriture est particulièrement recommandée.
