When I mentioned wanting to capture Anshun through video, she acted. Within hours, she connected me with a talented local photographer—a true artist. The footage? Breathtaking. She gifted me memories I'll hold forever. A European's Truth: ”I Felt Home” The subtle loneliness of being far from familiar faces simply dissolved here. Language barriers softened through smiles and genuine care. Cultural distance? Bridged by shared tea, laughter, and her pride in showing me her Anshun. I didn't feel like a foreigner. Nous avions réservé deux chambres, et le magasin nous les a toutes deux surclassées gratuitement. La femme de ménage était également très serviable. Elle nous a contactés à l'avance pour nous attendre sur le parking et est venue nous chercher pour porter nos bagages. Nous allions à Huangguoshu le lendemain, nous avons donc séjourné à l'hôtel la veille pour nous reposer. L'expérience globale a été bonne. Il y avait beaucoup de choix pour le dîner et le petit-déjeuner, et le B&B était délicieux. S'il faisait plus chaud, une baignade à la piscine serait peut-être plus intéressante.

Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Our stay at this resort was extraordinary, largely thanks to the phenomenal service from our butler, Xiaoyu (小雨管家) and a clean and comfortable stay. A day before our arrival, she reached out with detailed information, helped order our dinner, and proposed a great itinerary (including my favourite 上帝视角) that seamlessly coordinated our meals with our plans. All the staff that we met were friendly, and Xiaoyu also helped to arrange a staff to drive us to Emergency Exit 2 to catch our scheduled DiDi ride back to Anshunxi Station. Even after we checked out, Xiaoyu heartwarmingy checked in on us to ensure we made it to our destination safely. This level of genuine care and hospitality made our trip truly memorable.

L'hôtel est ouvert depuis plus de six mois et il y a encore beaucoup de monde qui s'enregistre. L'enregistrement à la réception est très efficace. La pièce sera aménagée en fonction de nos besoins. Dès que nous entrons dans la pièce, nous nous sentons très à l'aise et spacieux. La pièce est très élégante, y compris les rideaux de toilettes. I only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free. On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. I highly recommend Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel to anyone visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The hotel's excellent service and caring staff made all the difference.

Cette maison est le ciel sur la terre! 😍 La situation est inconnue entre la beauté de la nature et la beauté de ce que l'homme peut créer, le magnifique pont de baling. L'hôtel est loin de la ville et des restaurants, mais le personnel vous dit que de préalable, pour qu'ils puissent préparer le déjeuner et le dîner pour vous. La chambre est grande, le petit déjeuner est très riche. Le bas est le centre olympique, levé 13 kilomètres le matin, comment se sentir confortable. Il y a trop de gens dans les arbres Huanggu, je ne vais pas y aller, mais je suis allé à un hôtel très bon prix. Le stade a couru plus d'une heure. Beaucoup a mangé un petit-déjeuner. Tout se sent très bien, pas de regrets.

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.
